What does a painting service include?

Front door canopy is 120cm wide & sticks out 665mm The paint has peeled off & the beading lining the front edge is rotting so probably needs replacing. The wooden slats on the top prbably also need replacing & the wooden 'lintel' that the top of the canopy is attached to (above the door lintel) also need repairing because it's starting to rot.
