Some of the walls will need to be painted in limewash paint, we have already ordered Bauwerk paints, so ideally would like someone with lime washing experience. Had a new kitchen fitted. Need a finishing fill and sand of the whole living area and kitchen. Only a few drill holes to fill and one small crack in the ceiling. Then full paint of walls, ceiling and skirting boards etc. Not a big space . Paint, filler and varnish to be included within the final price.

We have an external concrete wall that we are looking to have refreshed (cleaned, painted). Would welcome any additional suggestions vs painting.. please also quote for materials (paint) NOTE there is an old intercom to be removed and this area covered...

I had a tenant move out recently that left the walls in an awful state, there are dirt marks where posters used to be, and strange plastic things still stuck to the wall that held his posters up. Is someone able to wash the walls with sugar soap to prepare it for a re-paint? It's a big room, a former shop space with high ceilings. I have a ladder. And can provide the cleaning materials. I can't have sugar soap residue left on the walls, unfortunately it needs to be wiped off with a damp cloth after. Would like to put up wallpaper on the walls, the walls are not in the best condition meaning they’re holes and scabs in the wall. The wallpaper is very thick therefore the walls wouldn’t need that much plastering.

The wall with the wallpaper is about 4.2m x 3.3m in dimension. Once the wallpaper is down, the room could do with a paint. There may be a need for a bit of plastering.

The room is 2mx3.5m one wooden window & wooden plinth covering stair' angled ceiling (120cm x 70cm x70cm). The walls will have been sugar soaped/cleaned and aprox 20 holes will have been 1st stage filled but may need fine filling & sanding, two coated on walls but ceiling may only need one coat (it has down lighters which will need dropping down & putting back when finished. Job needs to be started Thursday 18th August & completed on Friday 19th August. Paint and filler will be supplied.
