It's 4/5 walls, it should take around 2/3 hours maximum [it took us a similar time to a bigger room in the house]. Looking for someone who can put down decking on our balcony. Including an access hatch for the drain. Decking is 150cm x 350cm. Then to paint the walls around it white. They are brick walls. Experienced handyman decorator needed to deal with mould and damp in storage cupboard and bathroom ceiling (1) In storage cupboard with heating unit and washing machine need it treated for damp and mould. Damp proofing paint also applied and then painted over with white Dulux Matt paint. The damp and mould is apparent in different sections on this room on the walls in patches. Treat it so it does not come back and then paint over it. There was some water spillage in this room before but that has all dried up now so there should be no external cause of the damp. (2) In the main bathroom ceiling there is a damp patch. This needs to be treated and then painted white with Dulux Matt white ceiling paint. I will pay for the cost of paint or materials needed. Pictures are provided.

I would like my bathroom to be painted the walls are dirty and would need to be cleaned its smoke stain also there is a small cupboard inside and outside and skirting and behind the toilet which would need painting it is uneven maybe sanding might help to even it out and the bathroom door. There is a patch on the ensuite bathroom ceiling caused by mould. I would need this cleaned and repainted. There may be other tasks (painting radiator, changing lightbulbs etc) also but subject to cost. - Due date: Before Monday, 4 July 2022
