Undermount kitchen sink is currently out. I need it resealed, clipped back up under the worktop, and the waste reconnected. Please include all parts in your quote but I think you only need some silicone! What’s involved: • Remove remaining old silicone from the sink rim and the underside of the worktop probably with methylated spirits or something similar (previous installer used an excess — I’ve already scraped off most of it) • Reseal and refit the sink, tighten the undermount clips • Reconnect the trap and the 40mm waste pipe (multifit coupling already bought) • Test for leaks Sealant is supplied — I have CT1 and a small bit of UniBond Bath & Kitchen left (not enough) which you can also use. I’d guess 1–2 hours. Please tell me how you’d approach the old sealant removal, since a bad prep job is what caused this in the first place.

Need a new kitchen sink and installation

Our washing machine broke and the replacement compnay said they could not replace it because the water pipe under the kitchen sink is leaking. They were unable to turn the water off and said the valve was difficult to access so we might need someone with some cabinetry knowledge as this is for an integrated washing machine

Under my sink leaks every now and then because the pvc pipes are loose and heavy. I would like the pvc pipes replaced.

I’m looking for a plumber to relocate my kitchen sink to the opposite side of the kitchen (see photo – new location marked with the red arrow). The existing plumbing is all surface-mounted/above ground, with no pipework hidden in the walls, so I’m hoping this should be a relatively straightforward job. Replace the nob on the kitchen tap. I have the knob to be replaced, but think you will need a new washer

I think the u bend is blocked and will need removing and cleared. I have tried baking soda and white vinegar followed by a stronger sink cleaner, and whilst it is better it is still not draining.

I’m looking for a plumber to attend and investigate a drainage issue in my kitchen. The problem started while the water from the washing machine start to back up into the kitchen sink, and the sink is now draining very slowly / has become blocked. The washing machine and kitchen sink share a common waste pipe, so there may be a blockage further down the drainage line. I would like someone to come out, identify the cause of the blockage, and carry out any necessary unblocking works.

Kitchen sink is blocked, water starts coming out of other sink for some reason. Tried one shot it didn’t do anything, also tried long metal snake to unblock but it didn’t do anything
