1)Faulty plastic pipes under 2 kitchen sinks they may need replacing of fixing as they don’t connect firmly enough. 2 Shower not draining. The shower feeds into a Saniflo but the pump is fine. There seems to be a drainage issue in the pipe from the shower. The loo and sink up there are fine. But fixes need to not damage the saniflo.

Mixer tap in kitchen to be replaced, I'd have a go myself by it's a very hard to each place and I don't want to mess things up. It's under a Belfast sink that has a wooden thing underneath to support the sink, so it's a tricky one to get to. Entry is through the small cupboard under the sink about 60cm wide and 50cm high. So it's a snug fit.

Pretty basic job, to remove an existing (wobbly and past it's best) tall mixer kitchen sink tap and replace it with a new one.

There is a leak in my kitchen ceiling and under my kitchen sink. The leak is coming from a pipe outside and under the kitchen sink.

Kitchen sink pipe just needs to be rerouted to allow for better liquid flow down the drain. It needs to be readjusted to work better with gravity. New pipes and some parts have already been purchased today. So, just a quote for labor is required now.

I have a standard stainless steel sink sunk into hardwood counters. The wood around the sink is badly rotted. I either need some sort of surround installing to replace the rotted bits, or perhaps just a new sink that is larger.

Likely a partial blockage from grease/food buildup under the sink or just past the P-trap where the dishwasher connects. Task likely involves checking dishwasher drain hose setup, cleaning the P-trap, and snaking/clearing the drain line beyond the trap.

Washing machine needs to be connected to water supply under kitchen sink.. May need to add a new valve to pipework to allow connection. Plus a minor leak under sink, may need resealing or quick fix with plumbers mait.
