I need assistance with two plumbing/appliance issues: Kitchen sink leak – The kitchen sink was recently installed, and there appears to be a small leak underneath when the sink is in use. Water drips intermittently while running the faucet. Dishwasher connection issue – A new dishwasher has been installed and connected, but it does not operate. It may not be properly connected to the water supply or there may be an issue with the installation.

Kitchen sink is blocked. Pouring drain unblocker hasn't worked.

There is a blockage at the bottom of the kitchen sink pipe, likely caused by debris. The obstruction is several metres down and cannot be reached manually. A handyman previously tried to clear it using a 5m wire but was unsuccessful. A pump or suction machine is required to remove the blockage and restore normal flow.

I have a few plumbing jobs needed please; replacing kitchen tap, leaking pipes underneath kitchen sink, replacing shower, re-sealing around bath and sink. I've already purchased the replacement taps and shower, you'd only need the pipes to fix under the sink and the seal for the bath/sink.

I need a handy man to help renew/replace the silicone sealant around the shower area, removing the old and replacing it. Also the sealant around the sink area in the kitchen around the cooker etc. Also may need the hanging of a panel electric heater to replace an old/similar wall panel electric heater.

I need my kitchen sink tap replaced with a new one.

I just need to explore the options to fix this broken unit?

My stop cock is leaking someone has been to look at it has temporarily fixed it until my landlord was able to fix it now I need to turn the stop cock off after every time we use the water as it leaks!

The kitchen sink tap is loose. Looks like the washer under the sink is rusting and probably the cause. Need fixing

Replace our kitchen sink and tap. You will need tools to cut the worktop as we currently have a sink which is only the Bowl so we need it replaced to with a drainer sink

I have a table top dishwasher. I need to install a permanent T joint in my kitchen sink so that I can supply water to the dishwasher. I want to be able to use both my kitchen sink and dishwashers simultaneously. The first photo shows the kitchen sink tap. The second photo is the water inlet to dishwasher which needs to be installed The third photo is inputs going into kitchen sink tap. I think you will need to buy a T joint to connect.
