Kitchen: Paint wall, ceiling and all wood work, rubdown wood work, fill where necessary, undercoat and gloss - 2 coat emulsion on walls and ceiling, make good where necessary Hallway: Paint wall, ceiling and all wood work, rubdown wood work, fill where necessary, undercoat and gloss - 2 coat emulsion on walls and ceiling, make good where necessary Small shower room: Paint ceiling, and check exhaust fan All quality material to be provided by painter (example dulux mangnolia paint for kitchen and hallway, waterproof ceiling paint for shower room, etc) Parking available opposite house (and permit provided for free)

Fill, sand and paint two rooms in white (paint will be provided but prefer you to buy filler and sand paper that you like to use). Please see pics.

Need 2 walls painted. I will provide color. As I have tested the color on the wall they will need a white layer first.

Small box room 190x80. I need the painting on the wall scrapped. Wall needs to be sanded down as well as two sides of the room wallpaper to be taken off. Then all 4 walls to be painted as well as door. As well as venting to be installed. It is a small sized room.

We need a small section of wall replastered to allow for fresh painting.
