Would like old gas fireplace removed from living room. Was disconnected and capped off a year ago prior to laying new flooring, but never got the actual fixture removed and it doesn’t seem to be budging. Would prefer it be removed by a gas engineer if possible, just in case.

Good condition machine but pump starts and when the pressure builds no water comes out so no coffee it seems like the pressure building up causes the pump to go quieter

Will need to change x2 gas fireplace to x2 electric fireplace. Gas line has already been cut / turned off. Attaching photos of the gas fireplace (current). Electric is yet to be bought as we want to understand rough costs.

I set a budget of £100 and this has been accepted in my first post so I know how much to pay - now I search for oven which looks like being in late Sept for earliest delivery The current microwave is hard wired - maybe would like the new one to be plug in if regs allow as part of the task -see pics

Our current kitchen does not have a dishwasher. We need someone to help us with creating the space for introducing the dishwasher and helping us with the pipework required to install a dishwasher. Our current kitchen has two ovens (See images), so we would be happy to remove one of the ovens (moving bottom oven above) to provide the required space to introduce the dishwasher on the left hand side of the sink. Machine is an Eletta cappuccino top and it initially shows “ground too fine adjust mill” onscreen. This message message then changed to “water circuit empty fill water circuit” you press ok and water comes out of the hot water spout but when you try to make a coffee again the same water circuit message is shown.
