Current bath tap does not have a shower attachment. Have bought a new shower tap with a shower attachment. Needs to be swapped over. Can provide pictures if needed.

Leaking mixer taps about 4 years old. Could just be a tighten job but have replacement to fit ifs that.

Issue: Kitchen mixer tap leaking from the gap between the hot/cold handle. The water dribbles down the shaft when in use. No flooding, the tap is still usable for now, but needs dealing with. Thoughts:likely a cartridge replacement or issue with sealing. I'd rather not replace the whole tap, but you'll do a diagnosis first and we'll discuss. Hopefully, it's a short one-and-done job: There's a Screwfix and a Toolstation nearby. If after diagnosis, the right part is available, I can nip off and buy it. Or, I can purchase one from you if you carry spares... Budget is for labour if this is the kind of job we're looking at... I'll cover you for parking vouchers during your visit as needed.

Hi, I have a bath mixer tap with a shower riser. The shower riser has come off and the top outlet of the mixer is now open. The mixer is leaking and water is dribbling constantly. Mixer tap in kitchen to be replaced, I'd have a go myself by it's a very hard to each place and I don't want to mess things up. It's under a Belfast sink that has a wooden thing underneath to support the sink, so it's a tricky one to get to. Entry is through the small cupboard under the sink about 60cm wide and 50cm high. So it's a snug fit.

Pretty basic job, to remove an existing (wobbly and past it's best) tall mixer kitchen sink tap and replace it with a new one.

Plumber needed. We’re preparing the walls to reinstall two new radiators. Pipes are already in place same distance but need new valves to match white colour of radiators. We’re installing radiators like those in the picture. The wall will be repaired when you come to install. On top of that we want to replace the mixer tap in the bathtub. We provide radiators and mixer tap of course.

Replace kitchen mixer tap with a new one I have bought. Looks like a straightforward swap from what I can see. Only issue might be that space is a bit limited underneath the sink for working on it.

Remove faulty bath mixer tap and fix new mixer tap, standard two hole bath taps. It's a straight forward mixer tap replacement only challenge being opening the back Nuts , will need right tool for this like Box spanner as nuts are quite tight.

Burlington Shower which is leaking through the hot water entry point. Have tried using PFTE paste, but seems to be coming from behind the thread. Leak is making a hissing sound and is less strong when hot water is turned on elsewhere.

There is a slow leak into the flat below coming from our shower. I don’t know if it’s from failing sealant or if the pipes under the shower are leaking. Toilet cistern continuously filling and then water is constantly draining into the toilet.

I would like a plumber to check the water flow in the toilet. It’s not blocked yet but I want to get it checked before it gets worse. It’s just that it takes longer for the water to be flushed that in did before.

I’m having an issue with my toilet’s flushing mechanism. The toilet flushes fine if I manually operate / pull the internal flushing mechanism, but the plastic lever mechanism connected to the button panel is no longer working properly and i think might need to be replaced. The unit is around eight years old, and we have quite hard water in the area, so there is some limescale build-up. I’m not sure whether that may have contributed to the problem.

Toilet seat come off and broken at joint. It’s not a normal toilet in the sense that you have to access it from the back (as we understand it) rather than just screw it on. Have replacement toilet seat to replace broken one

This issue came before got it fixed and now its started again, i put tissue and flushed my toilet & now when i flush the water from the toilet comes out from the shower and its disgusting

The toilet is blocked and needs unblocking, today please, ideally before 13:00. I suppose the price is negotiable due to the urgent nature of the matter. The bowl is filling up with the flushed water and going down very very slowly-minimum 30 minutes until the water level lowers again. We believe the problem to be too many tissues were flushed at once. Please also note, the job may require you to bring an extra large plunger as the relatively large one I have doesnt quite cover the mouth of the bowl.
