Hello! I’m looking for a plumber who can instal a replacement shower set, do the re-tiling that will be needed, and who is ideally available as soon as possible. Leaking tap in the kitchen. Constant drip for 2 weeks.

Shower water is only too hot or too cold. We have another shower but it works properly, probably an issue with this specific shower/faucet

My radiator in the bathroom won’t stop leaking and I think it’s causing my water pressure on the boiler to fail ( having to reset frequently)

There is a leak under my kitchen sink. The sink, dishwasher and washing machine are all connected under my sink. Unsure which pipe is causing the leak. Need sorted asap!

There is a leak coming from the bath tub. The bath waste fitting has been replaced in October as well as the bath seal

1. Remove curtain brackets, install 4 new ones (provided). See from pic where the existing brackets are buckling forward 2. Secure toilet seat to toilet, it has become loose. See pics, the circled fittings need tightening somehow 3. Cut 3 pieces from 3mm perspex sheet (provided) into: 1) 45cm x 30.5cm 2) 29.3cm x 25cm 3) 28.7cm x 25cm No tools provided - you need to provide a fine-toothed saw (or power saw) and clamps.
