Collection & Delivery - Pick up a new washing machine from a nearby collection point (~5-minute drive) - Transport it safely to my home (vehicle/van required) 2. Appliance Moves & Setup - Move the current washing machine from the ground floor down to the basement and reconnect/setup for use - Bring an older washing machine from the basement up to ground level and place it outside 3. Stopped working due to ice buildup switched off for 4 days till ice completely melts away, found bottom container box in freezer completely full of frozen water but no leakage to exterior, now when plug in, it starts to work, lights come on inside and on outer display module also motors start to work but then switches off without a sound 1 minute later, and would have to unplug then plug in for it to re-start for it to switch off again after 1 minute
