I would like someone to come and check all of our radiators - some of them the dials don't seem to work properly. We have radiators in the following places; - 1 x front room (think it works fine) - 2 x living room (think they work fine) - 1 x hallway (doesn't seem to work) - 1 x 2nd bedroom (dial doesn't seem to work as it seems to always be high heat despite being on low setting) - 1 x study (seems to be fine) - 1 x bathroom (seems to be fine) - 1 x bedroom (seems to be fine - we don't really use it) - 1 x en-suite (seems to be fine)

Hello, I've sprayed WD-40 but the pin isn't moving up and down and I think this is why the radiator doesn't work properly. It's slightly warm, but the rest of the radiators are very hot as they should be, so maybe just needs bleeding but I don't know how to do this.

The dishwasher starts but then makes a humming/buzzing sound and stops mid-cycle. The control panel shows a water/tap warning light, indicating a drainage or water flow issue. Likely causes are a blocked filter or drain pump, or debris stuck in the pump impeller. The filter and sump area may need removing and cleaning, and the drain pump checked for obstructions. Reset has been attempted but issue persists.

Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

Existing island cooker hood has a broken motor. I will source a similar unit which needs to be installed and made good. Electrics and vent pipe are in place already and working.
