The Task: • Assess and Prep: Remove any loose or "drummy" render from the affected area. • Patching: Apply a new render coat to match the existing thickness and level. • Finishing: Ensure the texture matches the surrounding wall (e.g., smooth finish, sand finish, or bagged). • Clean up: Ensure the floor is protected and all debris is removed.

The vertical strips of waterproofing need to be set over and sanded so the bathroom is ready to be painted

We’re looking for an experienced concrete renderer, screeder or floor-levelling specialist to carry out light cosmetic patching and levelling on two existing outdoor concrete areas. Both areas are covered and protected from direct weather. The concrete is structurally sound but has minor cracks, surface texture and small uneven sections. The goal is not a full structural screed or mesh reinforcement, but to smooth and even out the surface so outdoor rugs or clip-together deck tiles sit flat and safely. ⸻ Scope of Work • Surface cleaning and preparation • Patch and fill minor cracks, dips and imperfections • Light levelling using a cement-based patching or feather-finish product suitable for outdoor use (or thin screed only where required) • Feather edges to avoid visible height transitions • Maintain existing fall for drainage • Cosmetic finish only

Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great! We do have a small cat enclosure beneath part of the area, could remove the roof of this for access if needed. Must have insurances and safety equipment if necessary. We have 3 x internal wall cavities / old TV recesses we would like to be gyprocked and patched ready for painting. (Painting not required)
