There are 3 tasks looking for someone to come and complete: - tiling a small patch of approximately 1.5m2 - approx 2 m2 of rendering on top of fibre cement sheeting (picture only shows one side of the blueboard area, there is a matching other side and above the new door). - putty and prep the small gyprock ceiling area We have most of the materials but happy to pay for any additional needed. Bathroom walls and ceiling lining

Render and re tile the missing pieces of my laundry wall. Doesn't need to be pretty as a fridge will be covering the wall- just a quick patch. Tiles will be provided

Two rooms, total 21 m². Need licensed small builder or handyman (NOT plasterer) to install 10mm plasterboard direct‑fixed to concrete ceiling. No frame. Inspection is mandatory before quoting. Ceiling is flat and accessible. Work must be done during strata‑approved hours. Must provide: • NSW contractor licence • Public liability insurance • Written quote after inspection If you only install plasterboard on frames, please do not offer.

Install awning (plastic & alloy) light weight, above external window. 3.1 metres long. Top of window from ground is 3.1 metres. Fixings supplied are for masonry, so fixings for wood required.

Complete assembly of built in wardrobe. Needs support to stabilise

Paint the two outside cover beams only on the upstairs verandah . An extension ladder will be required. Paint and paint brushes will be provided.

Our outdoor balustrade has had some rotting that has occurred in isolated areas - railing needs to be patched and glued / builders bog in a few spots. Painting not required.

Need this wall removed. Timber frame and gyprock. And remove rubbish Insured people only. Can do Saturday after 5pm Or Sunday before 8am or between 11:30 - 5:30pm

Damaged gyprock needs repairing

I need someone experienced and detailed who can hang the following 2 x arch mirrors on bathroom tiles 1 x oversized round heavy mirror on gyprock 1 x lower an already hung mirror (gyprock)

The timber balcony balustrade is wobbling so it needs timber batten braces fixed from the top of the balustrade post to the rafters beneath the timber deck. Refer attached images. Supply of materials by me. ie 92 x 18mm H3 timber batten braces, M10 bolt(s), buggles.

Hole in a wall needs some plastering

We need help taping and setting gyprock in a small cupboard to get it ready for painting and install of doors. Budget is per hour.

Im not sure if this can be glued and replaced

Hole in ceiling needs to be gyprocked. 10mm gyprock. 1200mm by 600mm

Small outside render job over newly exposed brick

Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great! We do have a small cat enclosure beneath part of the area, could remove the roof of this for access if needed. Must have insurances and safety equipment if necessary.
