I am moving in to a new place and the balustrades are extremely low and not code. I’m looking for a solution to raise the height for safety as there is a 30ft drop on one side and way too low. Retro fit options for temporary solution and then full replacement of balustrades. For the temporary balustrades it’s approximately 20m walkway and also steps to the lower level we need rallying installed either side. The block has two apartments and the full replacement is approx 55m. The third image is a sample of the replacement balustrade that I have been considering but open to other solutions

Two wooden balconies have rust coming through due to nails. Need replacing. Approx 60 nails to be replaced.

Our outdoor balustrade has had some rotting that has occurred in isolated areas - railing needs to be patched and glued / builders bog in a few spots. Painting not required.

Need pool glass balustrades installed for pool and deck. Side mounted. With 2 glass doors. Compliance certificate required. Around 36.5meters total

The timber balcony balustrade is wobbling so it needs timber batten braces fixed from the top of the balustrade post to the rafters beneath the timber deck. Refer attached images. Supply of materials by me. ie 92 x 18mm H3 timber batten braces, M10 bolt(s), buggles.

Im not sure if this can be glued and replaced

The balustrade on my deck needs to be repaired due to rotting timber. Scope: Replace rotten timber to make deck safe. This consists of the top railing and possibly the end post. Length is 1500mm. Height is 900mm.

Some loose balustrades. Some ceiling cladding needs to be removed, the screws need tightening and ideally permanently secured, then the cladding needs to be replaced.

I have a wooden balustrade that had about 16 screws. Unfortunately 5 of them are stuck fairly solidly in. The house is 25 years old. I had a hammer drill and small Philipps head screw driver but cant dislodge them I'm sure with the right tool this is a 5 min job. They are all Philips head wood screws
