I need to reduce my window and therefore need a small job to add more bricks to my window and remove the old window frame for my laundry window. Also I need to partially demolish the laundry wall and install a new door.

You will need to source materials, we can assist with excavation etc. Would like to meet on site and run through it prior to starting. Need someone experienced and high quality of work to subcontract out for a project we have in Collaroy Phase 1 - construct 2 x pillars as the new entrance to the property. Phase 2 - construct a gate inbetween the pillars. Phase 3 - Fire pit seating area to be built. I have attached some designs for each phase so you can read through it.

Need someone with a core drill to put one hole through a double brick wall (~300mm total depth). ​Hole size: Needs to clear a 115mm OD PVC pipe ( nearest larger core bit is perfect). ​Access: Easy ground level access on both sides, power on site. ​Prep: Work area is cleared with drop sheets down. Looking for an experienced bricklayer or skilled handyman to repoint a section of brick wall at the back of our house. The wall is approximately 10 square metres. All the bricks are structurally sound and firmly in place; the job is to scrape out the old, failing mortar and redo the mortar joints for a clean, flush finish.
