Please quote including labour and fixings. Task Description I have a vertical Colorbond panel installed on the outside wall of my 2-storey townhouse in Brunswick West. The panel was originally installed by a roof plumber to address minor water ingress. The panel itself is fine, however several of the top fixings (approx. 1–4 screws) have become loose and no longer bite into the wall (they spin freely). Wall construction (important) • House built in 2010 • Wall is lightweight cladding (render over foam/cement sheet) — NOT brick • No stud directly behind the current failed screw locations • Existing screws appear to be biting only into render/foam Work required • Assess wall cavity / structure • Re-secure the panel using an appropriate fixing method (e.g. structural fixing or exterior-rated cavity anchor) • Do not reuse failed holes without proper remediation • Seal old holes and seal over new screw heads Sealing requirement Fixings must be weatherproof and sealed with exterior polyurethane sealant (e.g. Sikaflex 11FC or equivalent) to prevent water tracking behind the panel. Hi, I’m looking for someone with experience installing 4x4 accessories. I need help with two things on my Nissan X-Trail T31 (2010): 1️⃣ Install a nudge bar • I already have the nudge bar and the mounting brackets/bolts. • It was previously installed on another X-Trail, so it should fit my car. • The job would be to mount it properly to the chassis and make sure everything is secure and aligned. 2️⃣ Rotate / reposition rooftop tent • I have a rooftop tent already mounted on the roof racks. • I need to change the orientation (rotate it so it opens in a different direction). • This will probably require loosening the mounting brackets, rotating the tent, and securing it again. • I can help lift the rooftop tent if needed. • All parts are already available. • Looking for someone with proper tools and experience with roof racks or 4x4 accessories.
