I need the gutters cleared. The single-storey cottage is 5m wide and 30m wide with gutters along each side. The roof is corrugated colourbond steel with a low pitch. The adjacent properties are adjoining. Access can be gained via a ladder at the front of the property. I need the gutters cleared of leaves and debris with before and after photos. I have a green wheelie bin on-site for the debris.

Need my fence line cat proofed by adding mesh and brackets ideally with spikes at the end as well. One side of the fence is colorbond and the other side is wood. There are some areas that will be blocked that just require mesh stapled between the gap to seal tight such as the small side area between the two sheds. You'll also need to install a cat door in the shed and cut another hole for an AC hose then mesh it over from the back. Overall a simple design just not sure how long it will take, but someome who knows what they're doing should not be there all day. i will likely be going with the cheapest quote and materials because that's what I can afford. We have a leak coming through the bedroom ceiling of one room, due to cracked or misplaced tiles on the outer roof. Looking for someone to assess and reset tiles as needed. We are not interested in a sales pitch for a full roof replacement, we just want the affected area repaired.

We have a timber pergola roughly 4m x 5m that I’d like to put some clear or tinted laserlite type roofing on. It previously had some fitted but I removed it, but would now like reinstate. The area is approximately 4m deep and 5m wide, but I will confirm exact dimensions and more photos later. It’s a very simple job but I am low on time and also don’t want to transport the panels myself if I don’t have to.

Job is to install floor insulation across our house, approx 100sqm. Install is done from above as there is extremely low clearance underneath. Everything is up in the house. Work does not include bathroom area. You will need to work around a bunch of floorboards (example pictured), but they will be laid in tandem with your work so will get more out of your way as time goes on. Insulation and tooling is provided. Most of the insulation is polyester rolls that just need stapling directly to joists. Some (~15sqm) is batts and strapping that need to be installed. !Important: Job needs to be done in tandem with our floorer who is starting on morning of 27th, as our timelines have been completely chewed up. Polyester rolls are arriving on 27th but prior to their arrival, batts will need to be installed in order for floorer to lay. Being able to do this is a timely fashion is super important to us so that we don’t hold up the floorer, as well as being able to work as a team (with our floorer) and prioritise areas that he needs done. I believe this is a ~6-8hr job for one person or 3-4hr for two.

There is a small gap near a gutter/flashing junction that is causing rainwater to drip down the wall and is causing damage to the render and a dripping sound after rain. I’d like this repaired so the water is redirected properly into the gutter (there is.a down-pipe at the other end). I’d also like a general inspection of roof (tile and metal) to identify any other potential issues. If any additional work is identified, that can be discussed and agreed separately. Gutter cleaning double storey home

Hi there, A couple of months ago, I had some wooden draftproofing installed on a couple of windows and a couple of doors. I would like painter to come and paint the bare wooden proofing frames either a white for the windows, or a rough deep ocean/ocean colour in the case of the door frame (if you have those latter colours), depending on the frame paint. This would be for both aesthetic and sealing purposes. You would need to supply the paint and gear. I have attached photos of the proofing. You would have to paint finely enough to avoid the black fabric seals.

High gutters need checking and cleaning out. They’re about 6-7m off the ground so you’ll need appropriate ladder set up. There’s two gutters that need doing. One on the back of the house, pictured and one other just as high.
