I require the gutters cleaned on my single storey home. There are two gutters at the front, approximately 5m length each. There is a gutter on the side of the house which is roughly 12m long. There are also two smaller gutters on the side of the house which are maybe 3-4metres long. There are also two seperate gutter at the rear. There is clear access to all gutters but the ones on the side are quite tall so would require an extension ladder. There is also a box gutter between my house and next door which I also need checked (I don’t have a photo of this but you could see it on google earth). No gutter guards are installed. Refuse can be placed in my green waste bin. I need the job done within the next week ideally.

Roof attic needs insulation, but very dusty, need to clean up dust first. Roughly 55 square meters. Price negotiable.

Gutter guards on single storey front/side sections.

Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.

Gutter hanging, needs to be propped up so water flows to the other side. Does not have to be perfect as entire awning will eventually be replaced.

There is a cracked tile and water getting in now. All four tiles are loose around drain. I for base of shower only tile repair/ replacement, re-grouting, re-silicone and water proof check for shower. May have spare new tiles under house

We're looking for somebody to clean the gutters for our house. There are some gutters on the first floor which may be challenging to reach (see photos from back yard), so we're happy to exclude these from the job if not able to access, but it would be a bonus if you can reach them.
