The drainage system and gutter of our townhouse require cleaning. Internal rooftop access is available within the house to reach the drain located on the first level. Additionally, the gutter can be accessed from the backyard. No overgrown grass. Just debris and fallen leaves needed clearing. The box gutter requires resealing. The section is approximately 4 metres long and 30 cm wide. A ladder capable of reaching a height of 5 metres will be required. Please bring your own tools and equipment, including Coltogum Fibreglass Waterproof Membrane Paint – Grey 750 (or an equivalent waterproof membrane product suitable for box gutter resealing).
