Install soundproof batten panels along one wall (approx 3.1 x 2.15m). It is abutting cornices & skirting board so will need be neatly finished. The room is unlikely to be completely square (was built around the 90s). I have a small backyard in Carlton north that I need someone to cat proof so my cat can’t escape, there’s a small gap under the back gate and a hole in the fence, maybe some chicken wire on the top of the fence too I’m not sure

The roof leak was fixed by someone but it has come back. I’m looking for someone to come, review and fix the leak.

Needing help just enclosing this veranda, needs to be rent safe etc. You’d have to go to Bunnings and get the stuff you’d need, I’d pay those expenses, I’ve just broken my arm and can’t do it myself 🥺

Looking for someone to do some painting. To paint gutters, eaves and fascias of two-bedroom unit. Only one side of unit - and back courtyard area. About 14 -15 meters in length. Courtyard side is about 7 foot high. The side areas highest peak is about 7-8 meters high. Will need a clean before painting. Will provide paint for two coats - dark grey for gutters and fascias and white color for eaves. In Coburg area. Flat on courtyard side, Slight incline on the side section. Ladder provided. Will need to provide own equipment to get to the high roof peak. Painting experience required

Remove metal gutter from front yard.

During heavy rain water is leaking into ceiling of bedroom. Patch it up. Doesn’t have to look good, just needs to stop the leak.

Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.
