Ceiling insulation is a mess, needs to be tidied up and laid properly to improve efficiency. Appears to be enough bats there from builder Reno 8 years ago, but may need some extra depending on assessment.

Looking for someone slim to get up under the roof (about 3m high) and reposition a couple of tiles. Possums keep shifting them and causing a ceiling leak—clearly doing some unwanted renovations.

Need roughly 10 meters of guttering replaced

Cleaning of 20 solar panels. Brush clean. No pressure washing. Double story on flat roof. Must have own way to access roof and own equipment and soft brush. We can supply scissor lift. Job located in Altona North.

We have a pipe that wasn’t screwed down properly on the roof and it keeps rattling. Will need to have a look into the getting some additional brackets potentially to stop it from rattling. The roof is about 5-6 meters to get up so will need a ladder

Will need to remove roof sheet to access but it is an old roof which is being replaced on Monday. Hence the close deadline for the job. R5 Ecowool Thermal Insulation Batts or similar to be provided by contractor. All rubbish to be removed by contractor.

During heavy rain water is leaking into ceiling of bedroom. Patch it up. Doesn’t have to look good, just needs to stop the leak.

Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.

Gutter hanging, needs to be propped up so water flows to the other side. Does not have to be perfect as entire awning will eventually be replaced.
