Find an experienced plumber in West Melbourne

I have a shower drain in my apartment that seems to be blocked and always have overflowing water whenever a shower is taken. I need plumbing assistance to unblock this drain from the source. Needs to be done either today or tomorrow.

Kitchen tap is leaking water. Closing the tap with handle doesn't properly close the valve or something. We assume it's an issue with handle and the components directly adjacent to it.

Uninstall current kitchen tap and install a new one we have purchased. Must be certified plumber. Must be done in such a way the current tap can be replaced at the end of the tenancy.

2 Taps which are isolation taps to the bathroom sink need to be changed. They are old and one of taps just rotates without actually turning on or off. Today evening or tomorrow evening would be great.

Shower spout is dripping now unless the handle is turned reeeaaally hard to stop it. Might just be the spindle. 👍

Water drain pipe is blocked

I have a water leak at the bottom of the toilet seat.

There is a sewerage smell in both bathrooms reasonably often. Both toilets are clean - but the smell seems to be coming from the floor drain for the wet areas. I think the pipes need flushing. They haven’t blocked. But I think there is a partial obstruction. Three short townhouse. Bathrooms on ground and middle floor. Kitchen on top.

The old water tap is loose. Need someone to help buy a new fit one and change.

Diagnose and fix drain leak in one side of double sink (one side doesn't leak, so it's fairly minimal area to check & fix: the leaking side moves around so think it needs to have new silicon, fairly simple, though I could be wrong) + swap out old toilet seat for new (provided) + swap out old vanity tap for new (provided).

Something blocking the filter cap and I don’t have the tools to get to it. Should be a pretty simple job with the right tools
