Install/Replace Section of Exposed DWV Pipe. Please refer to pictures and video attached. The outlet pipe from AC compressor was connected into the drain water pipes. It seems the main drain pipes has some hair line cracks and every time it rains the water now leaks from this main drain pipes down into the main entrance. My assumption is to cut the top and bottom section of existing drain pipes and replace to fix this leakage. Please note the AC outlet pipe has now been removed from the drain pipe and drains into the balcony normal drain (this is not shown in the pictures)

The shower taps are very stiff and hard to turn on. I need someone to inspect, clean, or adjust them so they function smoothly. They are not leaking. Possibly needing to be cleaned, lubricated or washers replaced.

I am seeking a licensed plumber to install a Rinnai B26 continuous flow gas hot water system onto a steel fence located in an outdoor apartment courtyard. Scope of Works: Install new Rinnai B26 unit (**UNIT WILL BE SUPPLIED BY OWNER**). 240 volt Power Supply already available and located at installation point. Extend existing 32mm gas copper line approximately 10 metres from garage (ground floor basement) to new unit location in external courtyard (Level 1). Gas line to run from basement to courtyard via pre-prepared penetration hole. **Please note GAS FITTING work will be required** by a Certified Plumber. Plumber will be required to provide VBA LICENSE before job offer is approved. Seal penetration point with silicone to prevent water ingress into garage. Connect to existing 20mm PEX hot and cold water lines (already installed by previous plumber). Commission system and ensure correct operation.
