Extend existing 32mm gas copper line approximately 10 metres from garage (ground floor basement) to new unit location in external courtyard (Level 1). Plumber will be required to provide VBA LICENSE before job offer is approved. Seal penetration point with silicone to prevent water ingress into garage. Bathroom renovation finishing off, original plumber not able to get back until after next week and I’m keen to get this finished and functioning ASAP! Toilet, shower with mixer tap, vanity sink (bench top not yet attached so can be moved out of the way) and mixer. All fixtures and fitting already placed behind walls in correct positions just need final fitting.

My Miele dishwasher is showing an F11 fault (think it has to do with the filter) so it’s creating a bad smell and not working. Also my kitchen sink has snapped and needs to be replaced. I think just the spout needs to be replaced not the entire tap set. Need this done ASAP
