Need someone with experience and expertise in doing the following task/job below: Observation and assumptions below: - repair of tap leaks (1 in kitchen and 1 in backyard) - sink tap in master bedroom is loose (might need to be tightened only or needs replacement) - 2x toilet seat cover is loose needs to be adjusted and tightened - Leak coming from Kitchen ceiling. could be water pipe issue as the ceiling is directly on top of the sink in the bathroom on 2nd floor. - Leak from Kitchen and alfresco ceiling during heavy rains. Needs to identify and fix source of leak. Could not be plumbing related
