Hi there! We are wanting to makeover our current bathroom. We are looking for a cheap solution that will look good and last the next 5 years until we knockdown the house. What we are after- - retile shower and bathroom floor (we should be able to tile over current tiles as all are in good condition) - new vanity and sink (currently plumbed into ground) - new fittings (shower head, taps, spout etc) - new toilet - new shower screen (frameless that clips onto wall) - keep current shower base as it’s in good condition To keep costs down, I I will purchase all required tiles, vanity, fittings, toilet etc. But will need guidance on ensuring I purchase the correct ones. I have disconnected hose connected to under the sink and and drained this water. I believe there’s excess water in the pan. I have removed 6 screws of bottom plate but can not remove the plate. Can you please fix this dishwasher?

Require washers changed on kitchen taps, to stop dripping.

Every time tap is turned on, water will not go down. Heaps of gunk coming to the surface. It is blocked and It would be great if someone can somehow unblock this! Thanks

-remove the toilet and handbasin from the small hallway/bathroom -reinstate handbasin (or similar) and taps in the downstairs dungeon-y bathroom, to the right of the mop sink -should be able to use existing water supply/waste -and ideally find/solve the mysterious stench that comes from the downstairs pipes -building is on stumps, and the floor of the hallway bathroom is approx 1m off the ground with good access Would love to have one of the bathrooms usable at all times to minimise disruption to trade but understand if it can't be done - Due date: Before Saturday, 10 February 2024

I have moved into an apartment where the tap for the toilet is in the cistern. Typically I connect my bidet hose to the tap on the side of the toilet. Need someone who can help fit this and potentially make a hole in side of cistern for hose to fit out of so lid can sit flush on cistern and toilet can flush properly. Services required: Rough in vanity (single sink), wall mounted spout and mixer, shower waste, shower head, shower mixer Fit off shower grate, shower head, shower mixer, vanity spout, and vanity mixer Scope Stage 1 - Rough in Tee off and plumb in shower, vanity and toilet waste water pipes Tee into waste water, and hot/cold water services between upstairs downstairs existing services Supply fit pipes to upstairs (client to show and assist locating these) Client will; -Supply all bathroom hardware (shower head, mixer, grate, vanity unit, stone top, tap spout, tap mixer and toilet). Location is Thornbury. Client works from home and will be on site weekdays (except Wednesday), plus weekends an option if that suits you. Please note: rough in is ready to go nearly immediately. Concrete flooring is in place, but not yet glued and screwed down, as pipes need to be laid. Client very keen to get grey water, and hot/cold pipes laid so that flooring can be fixed down.
