Handyperson wanted to change a kitchen mixer tap. New tap already purchased and just needs to be swapped with the old one. Please see photos. Southbank apartment, with parking available in the basement.

Basin mixer tap replacement

Looking for a qualified plumber to replace the mixer (I think) in the kitchen. My brother has had a look & we tried to get the top of the tap off to fix but were unable to.

Bathroom tap is leaking under handle, needs to be replaced. I have a replacement tap.

My current bathroom tap is dripping so I bought a new one to install, it seems to be the same size (photos attached), it's not urgent and we are very flexible with time as my girlfriend works from home. We are based in Southbank and parking could be challenging.

There is a leakage of water from the bath & shower faucet, it s single lever. I think inside rubber ring needs to be replaces. Hot water continues to come out of the shower head after the shower has been turned off. It is a Hansa mixer tap. Either needs repair or replacement. The plastic shower base is cracked. Hot water continues to come out of the shower head when the shower is turned off. The shower is a Hansa mixer tap. I'm not sure if the whole mixer or the just the cartridge needs to be replaced. Toilet is making noise even when it is not in use.

The toilet seat broke off. Need some help to fix it/install a new one

It's a Reece Toilet. The outlet valve stopped working a few days back. Need to have it repaired or replaced (another company's product is also fine).

Possible toilet blockage. My toilet started making weird noise and flooding out of no where. I can still flush the toilet with no issues. My toilet is constantly trickling (within the basin, not outside). So it is wasting water. I need someone to have a look and fix it. Might be changing a rubber or the whole system.
