I want to replace a kitchen sink mixer with a new one. The under sink area is quite tight. A plumber who’s got the right tools and knowledge will be better placed to do this. I’ve already had a handyman around who said it needs an experienced plumber.

My toilet has been leaking for a while and want it to be repaired

My 1-bedroom unit lost hot water. The reason appears to be the thermostat mixing valve. I will pay $300 for parts and labor to replace the TMV

Old mixer, bottom bolt image attached. Sink depth 230m ish, so needs at least a 250m socket extender or similar tool New mixer which is purchased, as standard style under 35mm bolt. I assume the current hole is a standard 35mm, can't be sure. Looks quite tight on the undermounted sink. Won't know for sure until old mixer is out.

Need to replace our oven, take the old one out and put new oven in.

The drainage system in my bathroom is clogged. Water from both the shower and sink is draining very slowly, and it’s starting to back up and overflow through the floor drain (pictured). I need someone with the right tools and experience to: • Identify the cause of the blockage (likely somewhere in the shared drain line) • Unblock the drain so water flows freely again • Ensure there are no leaks or ongoing issues after the fix This is quite urgent as it’s beginning to cause water buildup on the bathroom floor.

Ive attached my washing machine to the tap in the garage and the fitting isn’t snug and is leaking a bit. The tap is in an annoying position so it might need an extra large wrench to tighten it, or perhaps it needs a different sized fitting or maybe even a new tap. I live near Bunnings so I am happy to pay for what ever is needed to fix it on the spot I’d just like someone to come have a look and help me get it to stop dripping. I don’t think this one needs a licensed plumber but it would be great if you have plumbing experience. Note. The second tap (in a better position) does not appear to be working at all.
