Wanted to get some help to: - move a down pipe to the edge of the building (prefer to keep it metal) to accomodate a roof to be installed - on picture - red is new location of down pipe and green is where the roof will go - repair down pipe at the front of the house - repair gutters that are detached/broke

There are 4 plumbing things I need done: 1. Replace the kitchen tap. I have the tap, but it was used in my old house, so not brand new. Tap is 5 years old. 2. Install insinkerator in kitchen. I have the insinkerator. Brand new. 3. Close off a pipe so I can remove a sink in the office of the house. Sink is wall mounted and exposed, not surrounded by vanity. 4. Check why the hydronic heating in the bathroom doesn’t work, when the rest of the heaters in the house do. - Due date: Flexible

I live in a house. I have a blockage in my kitchen sink drain. Everything above the cabinetry near the actual sink is fine. I've cleaned out all the piping that I can reach and there were no blockages there. I can plunge it and free it up but that's only temporary. So it must be deeper down. Even though my dishwasher drain doesn't seem to have a ptrap on it, that's not the issue as the blockage remains even if that drain isn't connected. it's on the ground floor of a 2 story place. There is also a slight leak in the dishwasher drain connecting into the drain but I think that's just me putting it back together poorly - Due date: Before Monday, 15 May 2023

This job is to remove the existing double tap sink and replace with a wall mounted vanity unit plus cabinet and install new mixer tap. I'm flexible on the day/time but the sooner the better. Replace the elbow joint for my guttering that has started leaking. Also, install 4 additional brackets to better hold the guttering to the wall. It looks like it's 90mm pipe, but you'll need to confirm that. You'll need a ladder as well The horizontal pipe angles down very slightly, so it doesn't look like a 90 degree elbow joint - Due date: Flexible

The downstairs bathroom tap in my house only works on the cold side. Nothing comes out on the hot side. Has been like this since I moved in but bathroom doesn’t get used much. Should be a quick job hopefully! - Due date: Before Monday, 27 February 2023
