Replace our old mixer tap with a new one. Attached are some references and the current tap. We would most likely purchase the tap from Bunnings, it would just need installation.

Kitchen mixer tap has come completely loose, no water leaking, however tap needs to be reinstalled/tightened. Can see in the photo that the holding mechanism underneath the sink has moved out of place so will need to be reinstalled and tightened. There is a decent amount of room underneath the sink for easy access. Flexible on timing. Address is 49 Yorkshire St, Richmond. Black mixer tap nstalled in my new apartment (same building), I then just have an old mixer tap that needs to be swapped over with the one we’re taking out of this apartment as part of the old one is broken (just the knob not any mechanical parts) they are exactly the same. So to summarise Apartment 505 old mixer tap to black mixer tap Apartment 110 broken handle mixer tap to apartment 505 mixer tap (same mixer taps)

Fix drip in shower tap problem i suspect

Hey there. Looking for someone who can fix my leaking shower head - has been giving us a headache for a while now! I’ve tried to fix it myself, but have only got as far as removing the silicone and trying to remove the taps. However, the taps themselves are quite old and I don’t have a tool that can fit the middle for removal. Trying to get an idea for quotes! I’ve got some spare washers here, but you’ll need your own tools. Cheers:)

Shower tap has been leaking constantly and we cannot stop it no matter how hard the tap is twisted closed. Shower head has been changed but the problem is not fixed. It’s an emerson shower with water coming from the boiler in the shed. Just a shower head and two taps coming from the wall

Toilet running water slightly in to bowl. Water isolation tap next to toilet works fine. Have attached picture of toilet and underneath the toilet hood.

Our toilet doesn't flush. We can see the internal flush mechanism inside the tank is damaged (a piece has broken off) One of the flush buttons is completely non functional, and the other is losing the ability to flush at all.

Toilet is rising with each flush. Subsides slowly. Bath, sink and shower in same room are running fine. Potential blockage just after toilet basin.
