Current faucet is loose and leaky. Would like to replace with a stainless steel faucet with retractable sprayer. No idea how to tell if it will fit. Have not yet chosen a new faucet…something like what is pictured

I have two Toilets that spit water when flushed which I’d like to stop. Photos are of one of the toilet with something by installed to try and fix it, attempted by another plumber (spitting reduced, but now doesn’t flush properly when you press the button). Recommendations so far is that spitting cannot be fixed without replacing the toilet bowl or plumbing in the wall. After a quote if you think you can fix it without replacing the toilet.

My toilet seat hinges have come loose, and I can't fix them as I don't have the specific tool to tighten - the fixings are not accessible from below. It is possible that the toilet seat can't be taken off - If so the seat might need to glued in with a silicon or equivalent - to keep in place. The other issue is a completely blocked bathroom basin - waste accessible.
