I have a series of taps around the house, basin and wall that have an issue with leaking. When turned fully off, they still slightly run. Turning back on 1/8 of a turn stops the running, and its getting annoying. I can confirm they are all ceramic cartridge and about 10 years old. 1 set basin, 2 sets wall/shower.
