Water tap leaking and need someone to tight the screw

Hi there, I need to extend my dishwasher grey water hose about 40cm to make it to the drain under the sink. It will need an extension of some sort attached to it and then to the drain. I’m not confident in doing it and it needs to be done correctly. You will need to get the correct parts for the task and then I’ll reimburse you when the job is complete.

We have a potential leak from our pressure valve on the hot water system. It leaks 24/7, regardless of whether the hot water system has been in use. We require someone to assess if this leaking is more than expected and diagnose the issue (if there is one), and also to attach the valve to the drainpipe. I can send a photo for reference, as our neighbours have had this done. Thanks everyone for all of your tips and help!
