Downstairs toilet slow to drain after flushing

Hi, I need help with installation of a new sink trap in the bathroom, in addition to changing over two taps (I have purchased them), and also repairing or replacing a leaking toilet connector pipe.

Drain in backyard outside kitchen is blocking up and close to getting into kitchen sink

Looking for someone to come through and re-arrange the drain pipes for new kitchen sink on Sunday arvo/evening. Hoping that we can also save some space under there so that the bins fit a bit better.

Need to tighten tap as it is loose. Should be an easy job for the right person - it is in a tricky spot to tighten (behind a sink, around plumbing, if you think of an ‘L’ it is ~300mm in, ~200mm high) I’m hoping we don’t need to take the sink out, but hoping to engage a registered plumber to get this done. - Due date: Before Thursday, 4 January 2024

Two toilets with two different issues. The seat and cover have come off one and need to be re-attached. The flush on the other is not working properly - it keeps running and the half flush is not working. For someone who knows what they are doing, both should be quick and easy tasks.
