I have a dishwasher, that when turned on, is (my hypothesis) causing a leak. Apartment is 2 levels. Dishwasher is on 2nd level. Leak is happening in space between 1st and 2nd level (ceiling cavity). Work may involved cutting plasterboard and re-plastering to access the leaking pipe. I have had a tradie mate come over to inspect, and he's confirmed we need to cut out some ceiling plasterboard to access the pipes, in order to fix it.

Toilet roll holder pulled off wall

The seal around some parts of the shower looks old, cracked and have gaps in it. In the past I have had some water flow issues which has caused leakage into the floor and ceiling of the downstairs room. I am looking for someone to check the shower, floor, ceiling etc and reseal as necessary.

I need my leaking cistern inlet screwed into the toilet, however the space is extremely small and a spanner won’t fit in to turn it properly

Great fridge, works well. Just often trickles our water from the bottom, sometimes a lot. I believe it’s coming from the back. Need someone to come over and fix it. Preferably with experience with this appliance. Didn’t get photos of the leak but you can kind of see where it comes out from marking on the floor. It’s from the left corner of the fridge. We are aware of Covid situation and can comply with this.

Hello, our kitchen sink has become blocked. I don’t have the tools, time or confidence to fix this myself—can you assist? I have attempted 3 rounds of draino crystals, but this hasn’t worked. I am not sure what has caused the block—we use drain guard so only a tiny amount of food scrap or oil would get through. You will need to have your own tools, and feel confident in doing this job with minimal fuss or mess. I am around all day Sunday 14th (tomorrow) and up until 2pm on Monday 15th.

Must have your own tools- necessary equipment. 1b - one tap over basin in bathroom leaks at the base with residue appearing in around at base of tap. It gets drawn out somehow. .. Signs of wear, corrosion with washers and what ever else need to be replaced. It'll probably be wise to change washer/ tap bit / s , etc, on other tap too. I'll get a kit or have new tap set ready if that's the only solution. Coil under basin used to supply the water- I have a problem with splashing water . This coil needs to be replaced with one that can slow down water supply with a simple control turning of the knob- one that is fully operational. I will supply coil / element.

Heya, my second hand washer is having issues with its thread at the back that connects to the cold and hot water. Please advise if this is something fixable

Does not pour hot water or steam. Assuming it needs to be descaled. Have attempted with vinegar water but still no luck
