We have a blocked drain or clogged something. Need someone to solve what is going on

Existing above bath shower has separate hot and cold taps in a “loop” with the bath taps. Need the pipe work changed to enable a standard shower mixer while maintaining bath taps. All mortar / render around the existing pipework has been removed. I will provide the mixer.

Supply and install replacement gal downpipe. Photos attached show previous down pipe and current condition. Downpipe terminates in open drain below. Also need to remove some debris from room.

We have a pump under the sink which pumps the water to oil and water tank separator. I called plumber he said we need a new pump. I’m just wondering if anyone can put the new pump. Thanks

I have a burst pipe behind my walk in fridge, need 2x panels removed so my plumber can get in there. Do not need put back in as fridge is not being used. Panels are pop riveted & sealed

I am looking to change my kitchen sink tap to a new one. I have unscrewed the hot and cold pipes but can't manage to unscrew the metal locknut/washer under the sink. Please assist by unscrewing the locknut/washer as seen in photos and replacing the tap.

Leaking tap in garden needs to be urgently fixed today

The black seal that connects the toilet to the mains sewerage in the wall has a minor leak and needs to be replaced. I can turn the water off and ensure the toilet is dried out. The cistern and toilet pan are well fixed and working fine - it’s just the large black seal at the rear that needs to be replaced (and potentially sealed with wax or similar). Thanks!!

Replace leaking seal. I have purchased the replacement seal. See photos attached of the seal that needs replacing.

We have a few small handyman / domestic plumbing tasks Our shower button isn’t working (that turns the shower into a bath) The shower is a bit slow draining. Our kitchen tap has come loose. These seem relatively easy for someone with handyman / plumbing skills - but not for me!

Tap leaking, likely just needs washer replaced or some silicone tape

The base of this toilet has come loose and it needs to be re-fixed to the ground. As you can see by the photos the base has been built up. I’m pretty sure the bolts have just come loose in the concrete.
