Need a plumber to cap of some exposed plumbing after the removal of a garage kitchen. There’s a hot water line and a cold water line that need to be capped off in the wall cavity so the external tap fixtures can be removed. Also to be removed is a drainage pipe for washing machine. Please note in the photos there’s a lot of electrical wiring lying around, this is being removed today by an electrician so that won’t be there.

I’m looking for someone experienced in kitchen cabinetry and dishwasher installations. I’d like to install a 45 cm freestanding dishwasher into the left-hand side of the double cupboard next to my sink. The dishwasher I’m planning to purchase is: Artusi ADW4501X * Width: 448 mm * Depth: 600 mm * Height: 845 mm Kitchen measurements: * Overall double cupboard width: approximately 850 mm * Each cupboard door: 440 mm wide * Internal cupboard depth: approximately 535 mm * Height to underside of benchtop: approximately 855 mm The left-hand cupboard: * Has no plumbing inside. * Has an existing power point. * Has an internal shelf that can be modified or partially removed if required. The sink cupboard beside it contains the plumbing, so I expect the dishwasher water supply and drain will need to be run through the side panel and connected there. Ideally, I’d like to keep a storage cupboard on the other side of the cabinet, including as much of the existing shelving as practical, rather than converting the entire cabinet into dishwasher space. I’m looking for someone who can: * Modify the cabinetry as required. * Connect the dishwasher to the existing plumbing and waste. * Supply any fittings required. * Install and test the dishwasher. Please include labour and any standard installation materials in your quote. If additional parts or unexpected work are likely once you’ve inspected the kitchen, just let me know. The button which switches between the shower and bath settings has been sticking over the past couple of months, requiring pliers to pull it out. Last week I accidentally pulled the whole button cover off. I can still use the shower but it would be great if you could fix the whole mechanism so it works as intended.

Symptoms: Loud noise every ~20 minutes when active Noise disappeared for about 2 weeks, then returned on its own Toilet otherwise flushes normally Suspect a slow leak from the cistern into the bowl causing periodic refilling Likely causes are: Worn flush valve/canister seal Faulty fill valve Other cistern component requiring replacement The toilet uses a canister/tower flush valve (not a traditional flapper).
