Pipe near the washing machine has been leaking water, causing water damage. Would like to have it fixed as soon as possible.

Hot water unit needs repair. I suspect it needs a part replaced as I have show in the photos attached. The courtyard is quite tight at 1m wide so needs someone able to fit in the area and do this repair

There is leaking from washing machine connector taps. We have tried silicone & thread seal tape but it is still leaking. Also, our water mains top is missing lever. We used pliers to close but couldn't turn it completely closed.
