Install 2 chimney caps. Photo 1 is my chimney. Photo 2 is how I want the cap to look like.

I am hoping my external hot water unit can be moved to the right of the ducted gas unit so that I can utilise the space it’s currently occupying (I am also planning on moving the aircon unit).

2 pairs of taps that are leaking if not closed really tightly…

Guest toilet blockage that I cannot clear with a plunger or using draino.Drains very slowly after a flush.

There is a leaking pipe under dirt. Happens every 18 months. Usually requires soldering or clamping.

One of our gutters is leaking – we're not sure if it's blocked at the top, or if there's a leak in the drainpipe that needs silicone. It's too high (one and a half stories) for me to look at myself. We'd also want the downpipe to be tested after (ie by pouring water down it) to make sure it's running ok. (The backstory is we just had the stormwater pipe fixed – and the plumber found that the underground pipe connecting to the downpipe was blocked with plastic bags(!). The underground pipe has now been repaired and cleared, but I'm wondering if our downpipe was blocked at the the top with plastic bags – or something else – as well, hence the problem we're having.) We also have another downpipe that is working ok, but we'd like that gutter cleaned just to be safe. I’d like a quote – how much are we looking at?
