I have an S-trap toilet leaking from the base when flushed. Leak appears to be from the pan seal around the S-trap connection. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and likely replace the toilet pan seal / wax ring. Please quote including labour and basic parts.

Tap is leaking I have a Billi Tap being installed tomorrow and needed to have a new dual outlet tap put in place. This new tap is leaking from the base and out of the second outlet (understand this may probably go away once connected tomorrow to the filter unit)
