Looking for a qualified plumber, licensed tradie or experienced handyman to remove an existing bathroom vanity and install a partially assembled Ikea bathroom vanity. I have assembled the Ikea unit to the point where it can be fixed to the wall, including assembling the drawers. Scope of work - Remove existing bathroom vanity, and dispose of it - Install the new vanity, level, securely fixed and properly sealed against the wall - Install the vanity top/sink, tap and drain, and complete assembly of the vanity unit according to supplied instructions - Installation of vanity legs, as required to support the weight of the vanity. (If not required, then can be omitted) - Connect all hot and cold water supply lines and reconnect the waste pipe to suit the new vanity. - Supply all required plumbing fittings, connectors, valves, silicone, brackets, fixings or other materials necessary to complete the installation ** NB. The ikea cabinet did not come with screws to fasten the bracket against the wall. Please supply these - Installation must comply with all relevant Australian Standards and regulations - Installation to be leak-free, with drawers and fittings to be operating correclty Requirements - Relevant plumbing license (where required by law), and insurance - Must have all necessary tools and equipment to complete the job, (including screws to hold the cabinet to the wall)

I have an S-trap toilet leaking from the base when flushed. Leak appears to be from the pan seal around the S-trap connection. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and likely replace the toilet pan seal / wax ring. Please quote including labour and basic parts.
