I have 5 aluminium frame double hung windows installed that need repairs. Some get stuck sone dont stay up, some stop 10cm from top and wont go any further. One needs new spring mechanism

Remove to casement window frame and glue back together bottom of frame has come loose, and in one instance the glass has slipped down, open to estimates of cost

Old windows are a bit flimsy

The window pane is fine, but the rotating lever is getting stuck and doesn't completely close the window. I think the chain that pushes it out, and closes it might be the issue.

I have this window the bottom of the frame is rot need replace the rot part and glue some new timber and make it water proof. Will be multiple visits I feel , the red circle is soft and rot like sponge this is the worst bit need to be replaced
