When my dog was a puppy and teething, she would chew on the windowsill and cause the pictured damage. Looking for it to be sanded & painted. I have this window the bottom of the frame is rot need replace the rot part and glue some new timber and make it water proof. Will be multiple visits I feel , the red circle is soft and rot like sponge this is the worst bit need to be replaced
