I have a collection of small maintenance/carpentry jobs I’d like sorted around my house: * Replace/repair hinges on a kitchen cupboard door * Sand/adjust bottoms of a couple of doors that are catching * Install/finish floor beading around my home studio * Repair/adjust a bedroom door handle/lock * Sand/finish an existing wall patch in my office, ready for painting * Assess two doors I already have and would like installed if practical. A carpenter previously advised they may be a more involved job, so happy to have these assessed first. * A few other small maintenance jobs if time permits I have recently injured my shoulder and am unable to do any heavy lifting or stretching my arms above head height, so these regular do-it-myself jobs are now requiring outsourcing 🫣 I’m looking for someone experienced in general property maintenance/carpentry who can work through the straightforward jobs and advise me if anything needs a specialist trade. I also have a couple of light fittings needing attention. I understand electrical work requires an appropriately licensed electrician, so these are only included if you have a licensed electrician available.

Need help fixing the below X3 realign shower screen doors, may need new seals so water does not leak. Fix cabinet hinges that have come loose or broken. Drying rack needs to be re-secured on the wall. Wardrobe door needs to be removed and taken down stairs. Remove old and install new dish washer. Fix front door lock (if possible).

Hello, we have a few maintenance/second fix tasks to be completed at our house: 1. Replace flap stays to 3x cabinet flaps (2 stays per flap - 6 total). 2. Install additional adjustable shelf mount holes to existing cabinetry (jarrah) in 1x area [note - edited - previously 2x areas]. 3. Modify 1x existing drawer face to resolve clash with adjacent cabinet door. Will likely need to be removed, trimmed/planed down, stained/finished, and re-installed. 4. Install 1x Laminex shelf under kitchen sink - will need to be cut to fit drain plumbing. 5. Repair/maintenance to 5x outdoor kitchen cabinet doors: replace hinges (2 hinges per door - 10 total); fit magnetic door stay/catch (1 per door - 5 total). We have all of the hardware to be installed - no supply required, except possibly fixings/screws. Thank you

Inspect and reinforce the small sagging section of the timber deck (spare decking boards are available if replacement is required). Repair the jammed sliding louvre cupboard door. Replace the side door lock with a new keyed lock (the existing lock has no key).
