Hi, looking for an experienced roof plumber / gutter specialist to inspect the gutters of a small single storey 3x1 brick house in Coolbellup (1970s build). I’ve noticed some rust stains and paint deterioration around gutter joints, so I would like someone to: Inspect gutters and downpipes Check for leaks, rust, loose brackets, and blockages Confirm whether cleaning, resealing, repair or replacement is required Check general condition of gutters and fascia Provide a quote for recommended works if needed Photos attached for reference. The property will be vacant from 20 March, but inspections can be arranged earlier if required (free for a quote this Friday afternoon 13 March?). Front door alignment and other doors need handle maintenance

I need a skilled Handyman or Cabinet Maker for a list of repairs to extend the life of a rental kitchen. Priority 1: Structural Reinforcement Under-sink area is rotted. Need it reinforced with timber cleats/supports so the sink is stable. Drawer mounting points are crumbly. Need these 'built out' with new wood so runners can be re-attached securely. Priority 2: Functionality & Aesthetics Drawers: Fix/align 4-stack drawers that are currently sticking or lopsided. Laminate: Re-glue peeling laminate edging near the sink and on pantry shelves. Silicone: Remove old moldy silicone and replace with a fresh, thick bead around the sink/benchtop join.

Replace 4 gate hinges on the larger gates and 2 gate hinges replaced. In addition new latches for both gates. Add a picket at end of fence to removed gap with neighbours fence. I have hinges and latches

Soak well repair During rainfall, water backs up from the downpipes into the backyard. This suggests the soak well may be blocked or in need of cleaning. As all downpipes are connected, it’s likely they discharge into a concrete soak well.

Shutter door bottom weather seal needs to be changed. The old ones are worn out creating a gap allowing dust to come in.

Preparing my home for sale and need a few maintenance jobs done properly, before photos are taken. Looking for someone available this week. Happy to bundle everything together. 1. Front door (225×120 cm) – hardwood with glass panels, north-facing with heavy UV exposure. Varnish has faded and is patchy/flaking in places. Needs sanding back and re-coating with a UV-resistant product (2 coats). Previous finishes have lasted about 12 months, so keen for a recommendation for something more durable. 2. Side fence/gate (185×215 cm) – slatted timber screen blocking side passage to rear garden. Significant flaking and bare timber, particularly on right-hand panel. Needs sanding back (including slat edges) and re-staining/varnishing to match the door. North-facing, same UV issues. 3. Living room windows (x2) – gaps have formed where the aluminium frames meet the plaster reveals. Old filler has cracked and fallen away. On one window the gap is wide enough to see the masonry behind it. Both need resealing. Surrounding paint is fine so prefer a neat repair that avoids repainting. This is time-sensitive – the house needs to be photographed for sale by early next week, so I need someone who can start within the next few days. The window sealing and first coat on the door/fence could be done day one, with second coats the following day etc, flexible on that. Budget: $600–$900 including materials. Open to discussion.

Lounge room windwos are allowing water to come in, need to clear the are around the windows & lay down a barrier. Plan is to rake back, support with brick and backfill with blue metal or similar.

My aircon is showing up with an error 6 red flashes. For 6 flashes (red), it usually means: • Indoor heat exchanger thermistor error (the sensor that detects the indoor coil’s temperature is faulty, loose, or reading incorrectly). • Sometimes it can also indicate communication error between indoor and outdoor units depending on the exact Fujitsu model. I have reset the system, but I think it may need a clean? Unsure. Please help. 🙂
