Jobs required: 1. Rehang curtain – Refit and securely hang an existing curtain. 2. Secure letterbox – Drill and properly secure existing letterbox. 3. Remove sliding flyscreens – Carefully remove sliding flyscreen doors/screens and store in garage without damage. 4. Clean aluminium frames outside – Thoroughly clean, tidy and polish aluminium window/door frames and tracks to improve presentation. 5. Clean rear patio roof – Remove dirt, cobwebs and buildup. Will require an extension pole and suitable soft brush. Must avoid scratching or damaging the roofing. 6. Inspect front drain gutters – Assess condition and advise whether front guttering needs replacing. Quote separately for any replacement work. Requirements: * Experienced in general property maintenance and presentation work * Own tools, ladders, extension poles and cleaning equipment * Careful workmanship — property is being prepared for sale * Appropriate insurance and safe working practices * Able to provide an itemised quote and advise which jobs can be completed immediately Location: Mount Pleasant, WA Timing: ASAP, preferably completed before Monday 2 November. Experienced handyman required for household repairs I’m helping the wife of my recently passed uncle get her home in order after some maintenance has been neglected. Work includes: • Repair or replace kitchen cabinet hinges, 16 hinges in total, and adjust doors as needed. • Install new runners for four kitchen drawers. • Install two knobs on kitchen cabinet doors. • Remove three existing blinds/old curtain tracks and install new track. • Repair the seal on the kitchen sink drain to stop a leak. • Install supplied cabinet bins, secured with four screws into the cabinet base. • Repair two door knob/deadbolt assemblies on interior/exterior doors. • Re-affix loose hallway skirting and replace a small missing piece at the base of the stairs. • Remove damaged skirting from the upstairs toilet. • Re-affix loose bedroom door trim with a nail gun. • Install new shower rail. • Attach a new window stay.
