I need some items remideed before I move out. A metal bar on a sliding door needs fixing, heat light bulbs need replacing, paint touch ups, wood floors buffed and plants added to garden. I don't have the materials so I will need you to do a Bunnings trip.

1 door needs to be put back on slider the other 6 need checking

Two ceiling fans are very slow to get started then are very slow and not creating much airflow. Can this be fixed (e.g. worn capacitors)?

Aircon is not working showing preparing to start then it becomes service sign

Samsung ducted air conditioner intermittently shows error code E302 and sometimes fails to start. Occasionally it starts normally. I need a qualified technician to inspect the system and carry out repairs if required.

We would like to upgrade our kitchen cupboards - strip back orange colour and stain or paint wood cupboards. Replace handles. Install new hinges and draw runners (supplied by us). Need two olive trees trimmed. Lower levels have been trimmed but higher branches need to be cut. We can supply ladder to enable you to reach the branches however you will need to bring your own tools. Also a new olive tree has seeded and started growing in the garden bed. Need to repair window air condition for its sound issue

I have 2 recliner couches that need repairs internally. The mechanisms need repairs and some of the wood need possibility replacing

My aircon is showing up with an error 6 red flashes. For 6 flashes (red), it usually means: • Indoor heat exchanger thermistor error (the sensor that detects the indoor coil’s temperature is faulty, loose, or reading incorrectly). • Sometimes it can also indicate communication error between indoor and outdoor units depending on the exact Fujitsu model. I have reset the system, but I think it may need a clean? Unsure. Please help. 🙂
