Bathroom ceiling has mould. Painter mentioned it's not from moisture from the shower and that it's a leaking roof. I want to check if that's actually the case or not? And if there is a leak to patch it up. price is for inspection.

 Existing ridge cap cement has degraded over time with severe cracks in various locations around the roof.  Visual moss/lichen build-up in ridge cracks indicated long term moisture has been trapped beneath.  Various roof tiles have minor breaks to lower corners. (Which do not cause an issue with water ingress as they are overlapped but may be replaced for the purpose of aesthetics).  A small percentage of lower-level ridge caps have become completely disconnected from their ‘Bedding’ cement and require ‘Re-bedding’.  Existing flashings to carport section and above front door area require resealing.  Existing flashing to various locations contains debris which may cause blockages and requires clearing.  Existing aerial area requires additional flashing to protect area correctly. Recommendations  Removal & disposal of all loose cement to all ridge caps connected to property.  Manual clean of moss/lichen to areas where new product is to be applied.  Re-alignment of all roof tiles which have slipped from original location. Re-bedding where required to any ridge caps connected to property. (Re-bedding requires complete removal of ridge cap and all original cement beneath, followed by application of new bedding cement.)  Supply & apply new flexible pointing cement in matching colour to all ridge caps connected to property.  Removal & disposal of all roof tiles with severe breaks. Minor breaks cause no water ingress issue if only small corner ‘chip’ but more obvious roof tiles with visual breaks/cracks).  Supply & install matching profile roof tiles to all areas where severely cracked roof tiles where removed.  Supply & apply sealant to carport flashings and flashing above front door  Clear flashing of debris to various locations.  Supply & install flashing to aerial area where required.  Clean all worked areas

Hi a roof person did some work and broke this green scribe board and didn’t fix it. The task is to fix this so the roof cavity is protected from the elements. I've been told by the roof person it can be nailed back into place (but still he couldn't do it).

Roof eave has dropped down slightly, looks like might be a rafter on it but I’m not to sure. Need someone to come fix and reattach, not sure the extent of the damage but doesn’t look to bad, refer photos.

We have a clay tile roof with a substantial leak that seems to be from a valley. The valleys and 2 gutters need replacing, ridge capping re-mortared, some Wunderlich tiles replaced and the roof pressure cleaned.
