the liner on sunroof needs replacing. I have got the actual product but need someone who can install them. the car is an Audi SUV.

Leak in the roof detected, its dripping down the aircon unit when raining.but not sure if it is the tiles I have removed the insulation to the area on my ceiling and put some silicone on the roof but that did not work. There are spare tiles available. I am not home till after 5 on Thurs preferable, or if you need to come fri or sat I will arrange it.

Looking for your day rate to provide labour repairing a ceramic tiled roof. I wouldn't mind a lump sum quote however it may just be a process of constantly addressing issues as they come up or as more issues are found we address them on the spot. Materials can be covered by me. Looking for someone who is suitably qualified and/or suitably skilled to perform this work. Someone who knows what they are doing on a roof. You will need to recognise where water may leak in and know how to address it. I also want to ensure we are avoiding someone walking around breaking more tiles and causing more issues. Total job will involve but not be limited to the following: - Sourcing and picking up matching tiles (possibly from rooftop industries or other similar salvage yard). - Sourcing and pickign up other materials including pointing and silicone etc. - Replacing/swapping out any broken tiles. - Securing tiles on the gable ends. - Re-pointing where tile replacement has disturbed pointing. - Siliconing or similar work to seal anywhere needed. - Guttering check and small modifications to ensure functionality. - Other work to ensure no leaks (packing large gaps under barge boards etc) Roof was restored a year ago with replacement tiles, new guttering and pointing however there was a lot of poor workmanship so a few thing outstanding still plus recent electrical/aircon/plumbing work has left some tiles broken and some more issues needing to be addressed.

Roof is currently experiencing water ingress during windy rain due to deteriorated gable ends and barge boards. This task is to complete a professional inspection and provide a quote which will ensure the scope prevents any future leaks in the roof. What I had as previous scope details for reference only if helpful: - Close in two gable ends (east and west) using weather-proof cladding. - Install new flashing at the gable-to-tile junctions, installed under lifted tiles with correct lap (no surface-mounting). - Seal all new cladding joints, edges, fixings and penetrations with exterior-grade polyurethane. - Paint the gable face/barge/fascia after the work – plain white colour. - Re-seal and paint barge boards/fascias. - Chimney: clean and reseal flashing/penetrations, including lifting tiles to inspect the under-tile soakers/back-tray; quote separately if re-flash is required. - Install 2 whirly-birds on the tiled roof to provide ventilation, including proper flashing and seal around base. Property is rented so I'll help to coordinate with property manager for access (internal & roof). Conditions I'll need please: - You have your own public liability insurance. - I need a tax invoice on completion. - Work must cause no damage to existing roof tiles. - Before and after photos required please. I am open to other ideas or methods to achieve the same result - refer to attached photos.
