Me and my friend are both looking to have our roofs insulated. Both properties are the same size (approx 75m2). There is currently no insulation so no need to remove, and we will supply the insulation ready. Both roof spaces have some leaves and debris so please advise if this would need to be cleared away or if the insulation can be installed directly on top for ease. Both properties are brick build Vila’s, located in Bayswater and Como. The photos attached are of the Bayswater property, but both are very similar in regards to space, accessibility and condition.

Clean roof space (removal 100m2 old insulation) Hardie fire insulation install 225m2, cutting to size (owner supplied Hardiefire panels).

I have bought Bradford Gold Batts and need someone to install to a roof area of 96sqm. I have checked the roof space and it is covered in a very fine layer of remnants of blow in insulation installed in 1998. There is virtually nothing left having broken down and filtered via air vents throughout the living areas of the house.

We require an experienced person to install either insulation batts or board above an existing Tbar ceiling in an office. 80m3. Insulation to assist with eliminating dust entering office from above.

Old roof insulation removal and new insulation installed

Remove old insulation and clean out the dust etc and install new batts. It's a 4x2 house. The living area 32sqm was done previously as part of a roof leak repair.

Frame the ceiling, build and brace the box/bulkhead, then hang Gyprock sheets across the joists with adhesive and screws. Tape and set the joints after.

Remove existing roof/ceiling insulation & dispose of. Clean roof cavity in preparation for new insulation. Home is single story, 100m2 with manhole and tile roof.

Need a small area where some insulation bags are wet / damaged removed from roof space. It’s only 1 x bedroom about 4-5sqm estimated only. Access likely from outside roof, due to small space in roof to access as it’s along the eaves. Confident in removing roof tiles and replacing safely with no breakages Ladder will be required

Need someone that is qualified to put insulation into the celing of our home. Size is 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. The other room had no ceiling to put it into.

Needing exterior wall (area with timber studs) to be filled with insulation and then cladded over to keep the house protected from the elements. We will provide earthwool and foil insulation. Cladding will need to be purchased by tasker which we will reimbursed.
