Need someone experienced with sliding/security screen doors to repair or replace the internal handle/locking mechanism on our door. The handle has come off/broken (see photo). Unsure if it can be repaired or if the full handle/lock assembly needs replacing. Vacating a rental today and need some help with a few things: - move ikea bookcases from one room to another and anchor to wall. Holes for screws are already there. Should have all the fixings - dismantle kids trampoline. Own tools will be required.

Ideally, on the weekend or Wednesday. We have a 1200 mm vanity. It is currently not mounted on the wall, it is fully assembled, however needs the drawer fronts changed over. We have the drawer fronts. The vanity measures 1200 mm long, and the drawers are 320 mm high. There are two handles to be fitted to an upright cupboard that is also not yet hung on the wall. All components are here inside, but can be made accessible. I would imagine the job would take under an hour with the correct tools and skills.

Because of the extent of the cracking, it may even require a replacement of a larger piece of plasterboard rather than just a simple patch. ​Scope of Work: ​Plasterboard Repair: Assess damage, cut out compromised plasterboard if needed, install replacement/patch, tape, flush, and sand to a smooth, paint-ready finish. ​Reinforcement: Ensure the area where the curtain bracket attaches is properly reinforced (stud-fixed or using heavy-duty toggles) so it can safely handle the weight of the curtains. ​Curtain Rail Remounting: Re-install the curtain rail bracket securely back into position. ​Requirements: ​Must be a qualified or highly experienced plasterer. ​Please bring all your own tools, plasterboard/materials, compounds, and heavy-duty wall fixings. ​Clean up and removal of any plaster debris. ​(Note: Painting the repaired wall is not required, just a perfect, paint-ready finish). ​Please share your experience with similar repairs when bidding.
