My garage door has not had service for 2 years and I just moved in last year. Occasionally, the garage door making a loud and short terrible sound when open. I just need someone to service my garage door and make sure it is okay.

Experienced handyman required for household repairs I’m helping the wife of my recently passed uncle get her home in order after some maintenance has been neglected. Work includes: • Repair or replace kitchen cabinet hinges, 16 hinges in total, and adjust doors as needed. • Install new runners for four kitchen drawers. • Install two knobs on kitchen cabinet doors. • Remove three existing blinds/old curtain tracks and install new track. • Repair the seal on the kitchen sink drain to stop a leak. • Install supplied cabinet bins, secured with four screws into the cabinet base. • Repair two door knob/deadbolt assemblies on interior/exterior doors. • Re-affix loose hallway skirting and replace a small missing piece at the base of the stairs. • Remove damaged skirting from the upstairs toilet. • Re-affix loose bedroom door trim with a nail gun. • Install new shower rail. • Attach a new window stay. All materials will be supplied. Please bring your own tools. I anticipate approximately one full day’s work for an experienced handyman. Please quote for completing the listed tasks and indicate how many hours you have allowed. If you expect the work to take longer than one day, please explain this in your offer. Any additional work identified can be discussed and agreed separately.
