Need general handyman jobs done around the house. Couple of door locks and few other minor jobs.

Have 2 areas requiring work on shade cloth, one area 1.8m x 2.2m just requires some refixing, edges of shade cloth, easy access. Area 2 is 1.8m x 4.1m requires old shade cloth to be removed and new shade cloth installed, easy access, pergola frame is same height as house facia, maximum height just over 2 metres, work can be completed ground level using ladders and plank. All parts are provided, already purchased, shade cloth and fixings.

We have ducted aircon and the unit works well. To be clear there is nothing wrong with the unit or aircon blowing out air. Its the zoning which isnt working. I need a solution that doesnt involve replacing it all. We have 6 zones some of them blasting air out, some not at all. Need someone to help get the airflow moving to the right places. Fujitsu aircon less than 10 years old. Single story. Easy access to roof. No leaks (roof is warm).

I need the trees surrounding the house to be trimmed as much as possible. The tree branches are close to powerlines and I want them as far away as possible as these grow quick. In addition, other tees around the house are due for cutting back a fair bit to avoid rusting of gutters etc. I also need the gutters cleaned at the same time ready for winter. Back yard deck repair work. Need to repair 2 broken planks ,remove and reinstall with 2 new planks.

The taps in our house need some maintenance. 3x taps need to be reseated & washers replaced 4x spindles+handles+washers need to be replaced, and may need to be reseated due to long term dripping.

The Aircon isn’t working properly (Evaporating cooling system). There is no cool air from aircon. And it show as “service”on controller. The aircon is attached with the roof and has only one controller in the living room. I assume one has to climb on roof for proper examination.

My outdoor decking area needs an up lift. It will require sanding and then a few coats of paint/oil. I will be providing the paint/oil but I don’t have electric sanding tools.
