Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to install a door for privacy into my theatre room. • Opening width: approx. 1200 mm (brick sides, ceiling above). • Open to double doors or an oversized barn door — whichever is most practical and cost-effective. • Needs to close cleanly for privacy (solid or frosted). • Job includes supply + install of doors, frame/jamb if required, hardware, and fitting. • Photos of space available. Need someone to repair my folding clothes line, as the locking mechanism to stay upright, is broken. Also need a mesh gate barrier to be installed inside the house in a hallway(area is last picture attached)

Install a handrail in the bathroom, one in the shower and one in the toilet. I will supply the three rails, screws, and wall plugs. You will need the necessary drill bits for drilling into tiles and bricks, along with your own drill (or mine). Note that the bathroom and shower walls are tiled, while the toilet is painted/plastered/brick wall. Job is in Kewdale, time flexible. The handrails have been bought from Bunnings- see sizes in pictures.

Remove one, old torn fly screen. Install new fly screen in one window. I do not need a high quality fly screen installed. Not looking for a security screen. Just something that looks good and not old and torn.

1) Kitchen mods: Plane down (or sand down) ~1 mm of some kitchen panels (were removed to install new flooring, which is a bit higher than original flooring - see pics). Drill a hole for cable access into one kitchen cabinet, cut small piece in a side panel to allow for tile skirting. 2) Replace an interior door with a new one (std size, I will buy in bunnings) 3) Put back skirting (removed to install new flooring). It is a ~50-60 sqm area. 4) Potentially trim bottom of internal door for new flooring (I need to check whether needed) 5) Attach to wall two multitowel rails (not on tiles) Looking ideally to have done this week. More works may come later.

install rivets and tighten coolroom door wheel. we tried to tighten the bolt but fall off every 3 days. Must tighten it permanently somehow

I need two jobs completed: 1. Roller Shutter: The belt on my manual roller shutter has snapped and needs replacing. The shutter curtain itself is fine – only the belt needs to be fitted. 2. Side Gate/Door: My current side gate (arched, set between two brick walls) needs replacing. The timber panels are completely rotted, and the metal frame is rusted at the bottom. I need a new gate supplied and installed.
