Kitchen cabinet door hinge broke. Tried DIY, big fail. Need 2x new hinges and put it back on. Picture #4 shows the hinges of the other door for reference.

Moved in to new house and found out that wall next to kitchen sink is damaged with moisture. Building inspector did not mention any water damage to that area. My kitchen sink has recently started draining slower than usual and appears to be partially clogged somewhere in the pipe. Water eventually drains but takes longer time. Hi, my kitchen sink is completely blocked and not draining at all. Water backs up in both sides of the sink. We have already removed and thoroughly cleaned the U-shaped pipe (P-trap), but the problem persists, so the blockage is likely further down the pipe. Looking for someone experienced who can: Diagnose the blockage location and Fully clear the drain Would prefer someone with plumbing experience. My Elderly Aunty has a kitchen mixer tap that I think has become loose, water flow is still ok, but need someone to go & tighten the mixer for her so she can use it without worrying(I assume it just needs tightening from underneath). This literally could be a 5 minute job. I will just need to coordinate a time for you to visit with her.
