Replace old kitchen sink mixer/tap, I have the new one from bunnings just don't have the right tools or time to remove the old one

Hi, my kitchen sink is completely blocked and not draining at all. Water backs up in both sides of the sink. We have already removed and thoroughly cleaned the U-shaped pipe (P-trap), but the problem persists, so the blockage is likely further down the pipe. Looking for someone experienced who can: Diagnose the blockage location and Fully clear the drain Would prefer someone with plumbing experience.
