Hi there, ​We are planning a kitchen renovation and would like someone to help us with measurements of our kitchen space. ​ ​What we need measured: ​The Room & Structure: Full length of all walls, floor-to-ceiling height, and placement/dimensions of windows and doors (including the outside edge of the frames/architraves). ​Appliances: width, height, and depth dimensions for our fridge, gas range/cooktop, and oven cavities, bench tops. ​Utilities & Services: center-point locations of the sink plumbing/waste pipes, gas lines, and existing electrical power points. ​Current Cupboards: General heights and depths of the current cabinet layout. A clear, sketch or digital layout showing all the measurements and utility locations so we can use it to design our new kitchen.

A detailed floor plan for the food premise including all food preparation, storage and serving areas. This must include the dimensions of the space and all fixtures. 2. A schedule of finishes detailing the finishes on all surfaces including the floor, ceiling, walls, benches and cabinetry.
