We are renovating our house, have laid yellow tongue + purchased 83m2 of engineered hardwood to be installed with glue/invisible nails. Will not require sand and polish, just installation.

Need to take up carpet from small entrance hall and staircase, and replace with laminate or floorboards

Exact date is not yet known, Existing building work is scheduled to be completed on 24th April (starting 17th March). We would want this work to be done as soon as the other works is completed. Estimated amount for the job is using Sqm calc used for other flooring work being performed on our property. We will have all hybrid flooring materials available for 5sqm WIR and 13 Sqm Bedroom.

Looking to get a concrete Garage Polished to expose the agregate and sealed. The size is 5.9 meters X 2.9 meters You'll need dust extraction on your machine.
