Repair the window as per images.

My partner and I are in the process of fixing up our old casement windows so that we can paint them. Two of them are worse than the others. The bottom corners are rotting out. Curious if it could be a bog job or if the bottom needs replaced. Happy to have you come over and have a look for a better quote.

The wooden window sills in the bathroom and bedroom need replacing as they're starting to rot due to long-term water ingress. One is 80cm x 12cm the other is 90cm x 12 cm.

Looking for someone handy and reliable to help with two things in a bedroom: Install a blackout blind on a high skylight window (see photos). The blind is the suction/magnetic type and may require measuring, cutting to size, and sticking into place. The window is set in a recessed ceiling area, approximately 3+ metres high, so a large step ladder is essential. No drilling required, but some precision and care are needed for installation. Assist with moving the bed around the room to a different layout. The bed is a double/queen size and will need to be repositioned carefully within the same space. Assist with vacuuming a duct in the ceiling that we can’t reach (2 min job).

Fix a missing window winder

Our window smashed during the storm and we boarded the window up temporarily to stop the weather coming indoors. When we removed the board half of the window trim came with it.

Need to install new door in laundry , door will provide, and putty on windows and sending and fix windows trim
