A small corner gyprock wall had a leak in the past which was fixed by a plumber. The bottom part (around the skirting board) had mold, which has dried out but left empty / missing gyprock. I need it filled in neatly as it's on a visible spot and paint over with white paint to match the rest of the walls. Replace a white silicon in a few spots around the skirting board (around 50 cm). I have 4x ceiling fans that I need installed to replace existing oyster lights. The ceiling is a false ceiling below the concrete slab. Fans are remote controlled, so no need to run an extra cable for a wall controller.
