Bricklayer needed to complete a renovation job on the exterior of property. The job involves infilling areas around a newly installed set of bi-fold doors, ensuring a secure and weather-tight finish that blends seamlessly with the existing structure. The primary objective is to complete the wall infill and rendering as indicated in photos. NO LINTEL REQUIRED. Foam to infill the gap from the new framing to the existing blockwork. Professional render finish over it, blended and textured to match the existing render finish labeled "5". A seamless blend is the highest priority. Carefully render around the existing conduit and plumbing connections at the base.

Looking for a meticulous finisher to complete the final stages of a renovation across a living room, bedroom, and garage. Plastering: Finishing off existing sheets, including setting joints and sanding to a paint-ready finish. Cornice: Supply and/or install approx. 5m of cornice (matching existing style). Skirting: Install approx. 29m of skirting boards (primed/ready for fitment). Painting: Final coats on the new work to blend with existing surfaces. 1. Living room requires skirting around perimeter, cornice, plastering and painting around bifold doors. 3. Entrance to main bedroom requires plastering, cornice, painting. 4. Garage requires replacing missing plasterboard in ceiling, cornice, plastering and painting. Not: Paining not required for the entire house, only newly plastered areas.

I have a failed curtains mount job, the curtains are double curtains around 3.2m wide, 2 out of 3 brackets have failed, with anchor being pulled out of wall. The job will include securely remounting the curtain brackets and patching up existing holes from failed mounting. There is also an 50 inch TV I would like mounted to the wall.

Need crack in render repaired and sealed properly to prevent water entry. Need the repair to match rest of the wall so it’s not obvious. Please be clear on what will be undertaken as part of the job including whether painting is included or not. Crack is on the exterior wall located on the upstairs balcony.

Two areas to plaster. Fridge area (it’s sheeted I just don’t have a photo) just needs to be finished ready to paint. The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future.
