Install a double power point in the laundry room. Electrical compliance certificate required. The house is single storey on stumps with access under the floor. There’s one existing power point on the opposite side of the wall in the same laundry room.

Just had a window installed, but there is gaps on the side of the windows need to fill in the gaps and render around the window the same colour as the rest of the house.

Two areas to plaster. Fridge area (it’s sheeted I just don’t have a photo) just needs to be finished ready to paint. The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future. Also the ladder in the photo will be available for you to use for the high sections.
