There are a couple of small spots that need repair. Maybe the size of a hand where water has got in and it is bubbling. There is also 2 corners of the house where the render has come away just in the corners. They run up the wall a couple of meters but are at the bottom of each wall that need repair

Looking for someone experienced with glass balustrades/glazing to replace the deteriorated black glazing rubber/wedge gaskets along the bottom of 5 glass panels on my balcony in Carrum. The existing rubber has shrunk, curled up and is coming out of the aluminium channels. The job is to remove the old rubber, properly clean out the channels, then supply and install the correct replacement black glazing gasket/wedge across all 5 panels. The work is on the outside face of the balcony balustrade, as shown in the photos, so please allow for appropriate external access to complete the job safely. The glass and aluminium are otherwise fine. I’m just looking for the rubber/gaskets replaced and the channels cleaned properly. Photos attached.
