Looking for an experienced handyman to hang 2 large framed signed sports jerseys on a plasterboard wall at my physiotherapy clinic. Requirements: Locate timber studs if possible and mount into studs where practical. If studs aren't in suitable positions, use appropriate heavy-duty plasterboard anchors. Ensure both frames are level, secure and evenly spaced. Please bring all tools required (stud finder, drill, level, screws/anchors etc.). Take care not to damage the wall beyond what's required for installation. Clean up after the job. The frames have a wire hanging system on the back (see photos). They are valuable memorabilia, so I want them mounted securely.

Our motorised folding arm awning is not retracting as it should, and we have been advised it’s likely because the motion sensor batteries need replacing. We require someone with a ladder and tools to locate the awning’s motion sensor/s and replace the batteries (3x AAA batteries, provided). Instructions included in the photos section. Need crack in render repaired and sealed properly to prevent water entry. Need the repair to match rest of the wall so it’s not obvious. Please be clear on what will be undertaken as part of the job including whether painting is included or not. Crack is on the exterior wall located on the upstairs balcony.
