Approx 500mm sq section of ceiling to be replaced. Requires labour + materials. Plastering & patching.

Looking for an experienced renderer to repair and refinish external Hebel/rendered walls at my property in Melbourne. Scope of work: Repair existing patchy areas and uneven surfaces. Prepare the surface appropriately before rendering. Repair visible joints, cracks and rough patches where required. Apply a suitable external render system compatible with the existing Hebel wall. Match the existing light-coloured textured finish as closely as possible. Leave a consistent, neat finish across the affected wall surfaces. Protect adjacent windows, black aluminium frames, paving and surrounding areas. Estimated area: Approximately 15m² across several wall surfaces, to be confirmed on site. Requirements: Previous experience with external Hebel rendering. Bring all necessary tools and materials. Please include surface preparation, materials, labour and clean-up in your quote. Please provide photos of previous similar rendering work. Please inspect the attached photos before quoting. Let me know if you recommend rendering the full affected surfaces rather than patching individual areas to achieve a consistent finish.

I bought a new custom wooden awning to be fitted above double doors to office. It's now painted. The manufacturer has suppled the colorbond sheeting, colorbond edging, colorbond capping to put into the brick work. I need someone to ensure it's 100% leak proof & joined into the brickwork. They will have to re-mortar what they take out to fit awning. 2.3m long wooden awning.

Looking for a handyman to finish a feature wall behind my reception desk. Currently, a large plasterboard panel is standing in front of a window. I'd like it securely fixed in place (ideally in a renter-friendly, removable way) and the gaps between the panel and existing wall neatly covered so it looks like one seamless wall. Also, currently in front of a window with a curtain rod sticking out, the rod would need to be removed and a small tension rod install instead. Happy to paint it myself. Looking for the simplest, most affordable solution without major construction. Photos attached.

There are 3 steel shelf brackets (used for a heavy timber shelf) that need to be removed. There are further holes in the wall as can be seen in the photo that will need to be filled in (with expanding foam or similar) and then plastered to create a neat flush wall. The screws also need to be removed and patched up.

One PowerPoint is buzzing and needs replacing, we have a replacement. A second outdoor PowerPoint needs replacing as when one side is off it appears to still be able to be used.

I’m looking for an experienced renderer to repair and re-render part of an exterior wall on an upstairs balcony in Carrum. Recent roof and gutter repairs around this wall have left some of the foam backing exposed near the top. The wall is approximately 3.2m high. The left section is about 97cm wide and has foam backing behind the render, while the adjoining section to the right has brick backing. There was previously a crack in the foam-backed section as the house settled, around the point where the different substrates meet. This was temporarily patched and painted, but I would now like the area properly repaired and re-rendered. My preference is to: 1) Re-render just the foam-backed section on the left, from top to bottom, rather than the entire wall if practical 2) Properly repair the exposed foam and previous cracked area 3) Include an expansion/control joint where the foam-backed and brick-backed sections meet if this is the appropriate way to prevent future cracking 4) Match the existing rendered texture and Colorbond Monument colour as closely as possible The entire two-storey wall is likely to be repainted shortly afterwards, so an absolutely perfect colour match isn’t essential. Access is from the upstairs balcony. Photos show the wall, exposed foam, previous repair and approximate dimensions. Please include all materials and let me know your proposed repair/rendering method when quoting. I can provide more photos if needed.

Need 4 Power points run in a new workshop. Mezzanine level is exposed, so minimal drilling etc. 3 x 4 outlet GPO and 1 x 2 outlet. About 10 metres of conduit. 2 separate circuits with RGB etc. Plenty space in the fuse box. Happy with an apprentice etc.

Looking for someone experienced with glass balustrades/glazing to replace the deteriorated black glazing rubber/wedge gaskets along the bottom of 5 glass panels on my balcony in Carrum. The existing rubber has shrunk, curled up and is coming out of the aluminium channels. The job is to remove the old rubber, properly clean out the channels, then supply and install the correct replacement black glazing gasket/wedge across all 5 panels. The work is on the outside face of the balcony balustrade, as shown in the photos, so please allow for appropriate external access to complete the job safely. The glass and aluminium are otherwise fine. I’m just looking for the rubber/gaskets replaced and the channels cleaned properly. Photos attached.

Need a licensed electrician to inspect and replace a cracked kitchen power point. It previously buzzed once and had a burning smell, but is currently no buzzing, smell or heat. Please inspect the wiring for any damage/overheating and replace the power point.
