Our motorised folding arm awning is not retracting as it should, and we have been advised it’s likely because the motion sensor batteries need replacing. We require someone with a ladder and tools to locate the awning’s motion sensor/s and replace the batteries (3x AAA batteries, provided). Instructions included in the photos section. Need crack in render repaired and sealed properly to prevent water entry. Need the repair to match rest of the wall so it’s not obvious. The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future.
