I need a licensed electrician to inspect and repair two faulty power points in my Airbnb unit. One double power point stopped working after the kettle caused it to smoke, and only one socket still works. Another double power point nearby also has one socket that’s not functioning. I need someone to diagnose and fix both power points. Preferably this week.

Need urgent repairs to damaged plasterboard walls. Also need patch work to be repaired and painted. I have some left over paint to match.

Our motorised folding arm awning is not retracting as it should, and we have been advised it’s likely because the motion sensor batteries need replacing. We require someone with a ladder and tools to locate the awning’s motion sensor/s and replace the batteries (3x AAA batteries, provided). Instructions included in the photos section. Would prefer someone with experience in servicing motorised awnings in case other repairs may be necessary.

Patch and repair a hole in a plasterboard wall.

Need crack in render repaired and sealed properly to prevent water entry. Need the repair to match rest of the wall so it’s not obvious. Please be clear on what will be undertaken as part of the job including whether painting is included or not. Crack is on the exterior wall located on the upstairs balcony.

Two areas to plaster. Fridge area (it’s sheeted I just don’t have a photo) just needs to be finished ready to paint. The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future. Also the ladder in the photo will be available for you to use for the high sections.

Looking for a neat plasterer to patch and make good areas where building retrofits took place. Entire house, a bunch of small repairs to be patched and skimmed/ sanded near for paint finish.
