I have a sauna that is already fully assembled and connected to power. I need someone to: -Rinse and correctly place the sauna stones -Connect the sauna to Wi-Fi -Complete any required setup/configuration -Turn the sauna on and ensure it's operating correctly -Test all functions and confirm everything is working as intended Looking for someone who is handy with technology and comfortable following setup instructions if required.

Need a good quality plastering team who does nice work to hang and stop a few areas for a warehouse fit out job. Two main areas for now: Area 1 walls and ceiling in small building roughly 10m by 2.6 Area 2: Rondo ceiling battens and walls and ceiling roughly 12m by 2.7m with 4 archways. Can supply and install or just install. Budget is per metre.

I need someone to disassemble a Kylin Sauna and reassemble it in the next room, there is an instruction video but previous experience is preferred.

Looking for a licensed electrician to supply and install a 4-point power outlet (4 GPO) in place of an existing single power point. Important: The existing power point is installed within a skirting board that is 100mm (10cm) high, so the replacement power point must be 100mm high or less to ensure it fits neatly within the skirting board and does not protrude above it. Scope of works: * Supply a white 4-GPO power point. * Remove existing single power point. * Install new 4-GPO power point. * Test all outlets and ensure everything is working correctly. * Dispose of old fitting if required. Our motorised folding arm awning is not retracting as it should, and we have been advised it’s likely because the motion sensor batteries need replacing. We require someone with a ladder and tools to locate the awning’s motion sensor/s and replace the batteries (3x AAA batteries, provided). Instructions included in the photos section. Would prefer someone with experience in servicing motorised awnings in case other repairs may be necessary.

Patch and repair a hole in a plasterboard wall.

Need crack in render repaired and sealed properly to prevent water entry. Need the repair to match rest of the wall so it’s not obvious. Please be clear on what will be undertaken as part of the job including whether painting is included or not. Crack is on the exterior wall located on the upstairs balcony.

Put in 4 double power points

Install power point on wall by dining table - available point behind microwave or around corner in euro laundry. Flat roof/ lack of access I think. May need two more after first installed and complexity confirmed

Secure two mounting brackets for outdoor security cameras to concrete rendered wall on the exterior of a house - one is on a hollow rendered facade and the other on rendered brick

Two areas to plaster. Fridge area (it’s sheeted I just don’t have a photo) just needs to be finished ready to paint. The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future. Also the ladder in the photo will be available for you to use for the high sections.

They did a quick touch up on some skuff. Marks door scratches have the paint.Don't have any equipment.needs to be a quick job. Must be completed before 5 pm

Need two holes fill in drywall and spot paint front door.
