We have just moved into an old house in Reservoir and we have a possum in our roof. We don’t have a ladder so haven’t been up into manhole yet but can hear it every night. We’ve just come back from a week away and now there is a smell too - can you provide a quote to remove and patch up hole?

Kitchen cabinetry already installed with cabinet designed for rangehood ready to go. Need rangehood ducted through the roof and rangehood installed. It’s a flat metal roof on a 70’s unit.

Retrofit suitable insulation to reduce interior temperature of already constructed colourbond shed with steel frame. Open to suggestions for insulation but considering a rigid foil board would probably suit the best. Could involve construction of internal non-structural frame to hold in place with air gaps (and allow for later internal lining) will take advice on retrofit frame material. Bonus points if you can insulate the roller door. Ceiling already has whirlybird and foil (if roof insulation can be upgraded / extended on but walls are the priority). Can pay material costs seperate to Task Costs. Dimensions - 6m wide, 2.9m deep, 2.4 m to ceiling with incline to 2.65m - Window 0.9, 1.9 - shed roller door ~2.9m
