property has a shower over bath as part of the original apartment build. longer term looking to do a complete bathroom renovation, however for the moment the mixer needs to be replaced as the water pressure is low because the component used to change between flow to the bath and flow to the shower gets stuck and doesn’t work properly. photo shows the space and also the mixer underneath the tap. can provide information relating to the build which will give you what you need to know what mixer is required. it would be best if you could purchase the relevant one and bring it with you. will discuss pricing with person. looking to have this completed asap.
