We have an exisiting water pipe and would like to create a new garden tap. Pipe is currently capped off. Blue cross is where the water pipe goes to. Yellow cross in picture is location of tap.

Shower is leaking requires 2 washers. Shower head was replaced recently.

The toilet drains very slowly

I have a bathtub/shower unit where the water isn’t draining well. I suspect it’s blocked but since the pipe at the shower drain is L-shaped I’m struggling to fit anything down to clear it. A bit hard to see in 2nd photo but the water just pools around the drain. Looking for someone to come by today to look at. Thanks
