I need a certified, licensed plumber to help on a few rough-in jobs for a bathroom reno. The channeling has been done so this should just be installation of the pipes and outlets. With reference to the attached pics the work that needs to be done is: Image 1 - Cap off pipes so they can be mortared into the wall Image 2 - Move the outlets to the bottom Image 3 - Cap off pipes so they can be mortared into the wall Image 4 - Install a shower mixer (in the left-most channel corner), connect the mixer to the outlets and install an outlet for the shower rose (top right of pic) Image 5 - Install a connection the the waste pipe for the 900mm shower pan to be installed in that corner. Apartment was poorly treated by tenant and requires some fixes. Kitchen sink water mixer is loose and needs to be tightened/fixed. Ensuite toilet seat has become unhinged. I suspect the blind hinge is broken, the tenant appears to have tried to reattach the whole thing using silicone - see photos.
