Hi All, Anyone out there available to source and install a toilet seat (current is broken) and kitchen mixer (leaking) in st kilda today?

Sink tap needs fitting fixed. Gone wobbly

My shower is dripping water

Obscure leak behind my shower, which I believe is the cause but after grouting still unsure if repaired. Noticed because skirting board on opposite side was damp and swollen. If possible find fix and replace skirting also.

Cracked tile plus grout erosion on shower floor has caused water to leak behind into wall resulting in water damage to adjacent plasterboard wall in shower and concrete floor on joining bedroom. Blocked toilet - flushes but extremely slowly

Apartment was poorly treated by tenant and requires some fixes. Kitchen sink water mixer is loose and needs to be tightened/fixed. Ensuite toilet seat has become unhinged. I suspect the blind hinge is broken, the tenant appears to have tried to reattach the whole thing using silicone - see photos.
