Hi All, Anyone out there available to source and install a toilet seat (current is broken) and kitchen mixer (leaking) in st kilda today?

My shower is dripping water

Obscure leak behind my shower, which I believe is the cause but after grouting still unsure if repaired. Noticed because skirting board on opposite side was damp and swollen. If possible find fix and replace skirting also.

Cracked tile plus grout erosion on shower floor has caused water to leak behind into wall resulting in water damage to adjacent plasterboard wall in shower and concrete floor on joining bedroom. Shower is leaking from shower head with taps turned off, suspect it is an issue with the shower valve. I also have a new shower head that I would like installed too. Flexible with timing.

Blocked toilet - flushes but extremely slowly

Apartment was poorly treated by tenant and requires some fixes. Kitchen sink water mixer is loose and needs to be tightened/fixed. Ensuite toilet seat has become unhinged. I suspect the blind hinge is broken, the tenant appears to have tried to reattach the whole thing using silicone - see photos.
