Bathroom Basin installation - I have the replacement basin (same as original)

We have a blocked toilet needing to be fixed in our clinic. Making gurgling noises, water dropping up and down. Needs help ASAP

We need someone with experience in plumbing to let us know if and how we can replace this shower head then go purchase shower head and replace it. We like 5 mins away from Bunnings and will pay for shower head separately.

Hi, First floor S-trap toilet has blocked. May be a simple plunger job or may need something else Ground floor working fine. Drainage pipe easily accessible external wall.

The shower head has fallen off due to old age. It needs to be replaced. Could you please bring a replacement shower head with you. Shower head cost will be included. I would also like you to look at my washing machine I believe that the spinner does not work.

Need licensed plumber to clear blocked toilet. Hasn’t been working properly since this morning. When I flush, the water rises and slowly drains to below base level, but toilet paper doesn’t clear. Tried a plunger which usually works but it’s not doing the trick. I’m in a 5 storey apartment block on the fourth floor - neighbours either side of me aren’t having issues, and no other reported blocks in building, so building manager says it’s an individual problem.

2 x Daikin AC systems, service and drain clean. One split system unit on wall, one built in, both make bubbling/gurgling sounds occasionally. No access to outdoor unit. Both cool well no issues with performance.

Toilet is continuing to run (leak) after flushing. Often resolves with a small press. Probably just a worn seating washer, or may need to replace the flush system Price is for call out and labour. Happy to pay for appropriate materials within reason

I have a blocked toilet from too much toilet paper.

My 1-bedroom unit lost hot water. The reason appears to be the thermostat mixing valve. I will pay $300 for parts and labor to replace the TMV

Old mixer, bottom bolt image attached. Sink depth 230m ish, so needs at least a 250m socket extender or similar tool New mixer which is purchased, as standard style under 35mm bolt. I assume the current hole is a standard 35mm, can't be sure. Looks quite tight on the undermounted sink. Won't know for sure until old mixer is out.

Already purchased Phoenix kitchen mixer tap needs to be installed. Current tap is also a phoenix mixer with similar mechanics, should be an easy swap. I am attaching what both the old and new taps look like as well as installation instructions. Prefer qualified plumber for the job.

Water cooler needs a PVC pipe extension fitted. Was originally fitting but because floor has been raised it needs to be refitted. Unsure how much the part costs.

Hinge / bolts snapped on soft close toilet seat. Supplier sent replacement parts that didn’t work. Will need you to bring own hinge parts to secure seat to basin Toilet is a villeroy & Boch subway 2.0 wall faced toilet Edit: I would prefer to keep the same seat, unless the proposed new seat is equally as nice. It is a nice renovated bathroom with quality toilet. Do not want a basic seat that does not match installed

315 liter electric hot water tank located on 2nd floor of townhouse. Already disconnected and drained by licensed plumber. Need removal and disposal of tank.
