Hi, I’m looking for a plumber to inspect and repair a leak in the toilet at my Kealba property. From what I can see, it looks like the leak is coming from the valve itself (not the fixtures), so it may need replacing – but I’d like to confirm and fix it. I’m reaching out because I have a leaking component under my kitchen sink that’s connected to an old water filter system. I no longer use the filter and would like to have it completely removed and disconnected. In addition, the leak—coming from the end of the hose that connects to the filter in red—needs to be fixed. I’ve attached photos for reference. From what I can tell, this should be a relatively straightforward job. Please let me know your availability and if you need any more details.

Kitchen mixer tap has come loose, no leaks but not secure and moving around and decided to buy a new mixer tap that is easier for my hands and need it to be fitted.
