Hello I need to change my toilet. I don’t want to change too much around the floor so we don’t have to refinish the floor. I’m happy with a ceramic toilet which you will have to give me the options due to the space between the toilet and the wall. Thanks

I’m reaching out because I have a leaking component under my kitchen sink that’s connected to an old water filter system. I no longer use the filter and would like to have it completely removed and disconnected. In addition, the leak—coming from the end of the hose that connects to the filter in red—needs to be fixed. I’ve attached photos for reference. From what I can tell, this should be a relatively straightforward job. Please let me know your availability and if you need any more details.

Kitchen mixer tap has come loose, no leaks but not secure and moving around and decided to buy a new mixer tap that is easier for my hands and need it to be fitted.
